    Great job Karen, but I need to add that: we can use "Scrum of Scrum" only where there is Scaled Agile or multiple teams of Scrum for a product. Where this is not the case, we cannot use "Scrum of Scrum".

      Not quite. Your perspective is applicable only on organizations that copy and paste frameworks regardless of their needs. I appreciate you sharing ❤️ 💛 💕

    It has always seemed a good practice to me to make user stories Independent (the INVEST principles). You mentioned that we should be tracking dependencies between them. If we have well written user stories that follow the INVEST principles - specifically where all user stories should be Independent - I don't see the need for tagging their dependencies?

    • @BeingAgile_Consulting
      @BeingAgile_Consulting  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Good point; unfortunately, it is hardly ideal in the real world.

    • @MrLittleW
      @MrLittleW 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@BeingAgile_Consulting I'd like to understand that more. Can you help me understand why that is not ideal in the real world? It seems to me that it would be ideal because then roadblocks / dependencies would be removed. Isn't it a good thing to remove roadblocks?
