Hello sir, Good morning!! I am a happy subscriber, daily I used to wake up at your video and start my day, I have shortlisted Axis 100 Index fund , you have simply said please avoid, dont know what made you to say, I am sure u have a proper rationale behind that fund. If you have some time please let us the rationale or reason for avoiding Axis 100 nifty fund. Thanks N Love, Seetharaman Ramakrishnan
Hello Sir, Good morning just read your article on Axis 100 index fund from your website, U are genius sir... I understood the reason to avoid your quote " 15% of portfolio addition why I need to give 60% of my profit as expense ratio", your view to stick with .10% expense ratio is excellent , I am happy that I got my answer from you this time in written from your website.🙂🙂... Thanks, Seetharaman Ramakrishnan
AUM is like a shock absorber. Higher the AUM smoother the fluctuations will be. If you invest AMC with a small AUM for a lesser expense ratio, you need to face more fluctuations in the fund's performance. Hope you are clear...
Sir, you made us indirectly to wake up early and with cup of tea everyday started with video...the day starts in good way... Q) as normally everyone will have Retirement and child education as minimum goals, and in the filtered funds, which will be opted for which type of goals? Meaning for child higher education will be nearby 10-12 yrs roughly and retirement will be long time to go,.. You will not entertain and suggest on the funds, however in my case I've UTI N50, UTI NN50, PPFAS and Nippon Arbitrage for Debt.. In this can we consider passive index funds will be ok for Child? education?
Good day sir, a small request. Could you please add links to those videos which you refer to saying 'we have already seen that in another video' in the video description. Thanks.
Pattu sir.. i need to know whether Growth option is best or dividend/dividend reinvestment is best for long term investment.. plz give your suggestions sir..
Hello Mr.Pattu, i have started liking your videos. Your explanations are clear and gives profitable ideas for us. I need one suggestion form you, I have started a mutual funds, UTI NIFTY Index Direct growth funds, 5000 a month, can i start payment this month, or wait for 2 months until NIFTY correct and invest ? Thanks for you suggestions.
Sir, 1. Will active funds give more return than index fund so that we can reach our goals faster. Your view please. 2. Will Expense ratio compensate the difference in returns generated by active vs passive funds.
1. No one can assure whether active will give more return or index fund will. In my opinion chance is high for an active fund since their existence itself is to beat index 2. Chances are high that Sometimes even taking account of expense ratios the active fund will give more return than index fund. But again it will not necessarily happen always. The rationale behind the existence of active fund is to beat the market i.e index. So the fund managers of active fund works for giving more return than index. They win mostly but also there are times index funds doing well as like few months ago. Another main advantage of active fund is risk protection or downside protection. Ebooks, videos, articles of freefincal has detailed answers for your questions. Search it . They are more helpful for you to understand better

What you've said is true. But there are some MF distributors who are aggressively promoting smallcap funds. Some are popular in Twitter as well. Naive Small investors are really pathetic.
Sir I'm already an index investor and wanted to grow the corpus for the next 15years. My question is if there is a market crash when I'm nearing my goal, how can I protect the accumulated corpus? Should I start an STP after some years? Please explain

Not breaking my head. Investing 50% in nifty 50 and 50 % in next fifty uti funds.
You can also diversify between two AMCs. It is not advisable to keep all investments under one AMC.
