Pan pac really handles events super well, I was there for a performace, everything was arranged for us. We had our own resting room and were led to venue early so we could rehearse. As compared to another hotel, which I wont name who gave us our resting room last minute so we had to squeze in another room(really small) with other performers and had to be constantly shifted around the hotel resulting in insufficient time to complete our makeup
So worth Watching.. People are so lucky to work with you Michelle.. I wish one day I can stay in a luxury hotel with my family atlist for 2 nights. Congratulations everyone Job Well done.
If this is true, they have a MIRACLE TEAM at their back. The whole team calmly assessed the situation. But tho I realised, 60% because of the tailing CAMERA. Still kudos for appreciating your job as your passion. I worked in the 5 stars Hotel kitchen before so I knew. The situation in the kitchen were never calm, less more like floating in a treacherous stormy sea, shooketh by mountains of mega tsunamis and swarmed by killer monsters of the deepest abyss. That's how I felt most of the time there. We were cool with Chefs and Sous, so with all the gourmet staffs. But work IS WORK. One day you are in, the next day... It's your head on the chopping block! Haiya... I won't wish all that upon my child unless they really have it in their blood and passion. It was a life lesson.
well well well... WELLDONE PAN PACIFIC. their service in general to each of guest is always GREAT. so the moment i watch this video i already knew that the end will be pleased every eyes who watching. PAN PACIFIC definitily the best hotel around marina bay area in my opinion.
I work before in hotel. I wanna say the stuffs are awesome! I personally think I would do my best to make the guest happy if the guest would be picky about stuffs.

I was full confused why as to why I couldn't understand almost any of her Viet... I only understood her "xin chao" and her pronouncing "moi nguoi" was pretty off... she said "mot nuoi", which kinda sounds like "one..." idk... one something
I think they're used to it lah ... they must have had difficult hotel guests before her. But what I don't know is just how bad THOSE guests were. Were they be as bad as her, less worse or EVEN worse? Siao lah, really poor things those hotel staff
it's good that they know how to handle crazy request because there are rich woman and man out there that really go overboard with these unexpected requests!

Seriously i love this video clip, this is real things happend to me during working in Desaru Merlin Resort di Johor, 20 years ago, where most of our customers is Singaporean, they are very cerewet, hot tempared and always changing thier order last minutes. Well during that time I working as Restoran Waiter need to be more cool to intertent them where the end of the day, among all waiters I was the only waiter getting a lots of personal TIPS ( Sing Dollar) woww I glad and happy to service my Singapore customer because although they all cerewet but they never kedekut one... nice video i like it 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
