I just happened on your channel today. You have provided some of the most concise and simple to understand process of landing pages and squeeze pages I have seen. Thank you! I am forwarded the link to this video for my agents to learn from. Excellent content!
You're very welcome! I'm thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the content. If you have any questions or topics you'd like to see covered in future videos, feel free to let me know. Your feedback is invaluable, and I appreciate your support.
Kyle Handy You mentioned something near the end that some function of the KV core squeeze page or landing page was weak, that it required offering more value to get the registration. I’ll have to watch it again. Still all a little bit over my head. 🤣
Thanks for the video Kyle. My questions on the squeeze pages is you showed how to set them up but how do I get this on a google ad from here or FB. Pretty new to kvCORE
Are you asking how to get that page to show up on your google or Facebook ad? If so, you have to put the link to the page in your ad and when someone clicks over they “land” on your landing page. Maybe I’m not understanding your question.
Kyle! You're awesome man. Thanks for all of the info. Kind of an off-topic question: what's your audio/video set up? Your look and sound is SUPER clean and I'm looking to up my video chops! Thanks again for your help.
I shoot with a Sony A7iii, Tamron 17-28 F2.8, and use a Shure MV51 mic. Here's a video that goes into more details. th-cam.com/video/dw6seBL9xvk/w-d-xo.html
Also these were original FB Live videos so after they go live and especially after I do a marketing campaign to a landing page full of them that I change the security setting friends say so no one can visit the page for a freebie?
Hi Kyle. Thanks for the very useful explanation of Landing vs Squeeze pages, and the best ways to use Squeeze pages. Great tip on not making a Facebook user fill out a Form in a Facebook Ad and then be directed to my website, only to have to fill in more info. In that case, now I know, use "never" in the Squeeze links. I am a Realtor® in Las Vegas with eXp and use KVCore, a powerful tool.
Yes. I use the squeeze page link anywhere I’m trying to get attention. Posts, ads, I’ll even rebrand the link using Rebrandly to be more memorable and add to physical marketing.
Well done. Got exactly the information I came for. Audio good. screenshots blurry, but that may be on my end. BUT, next time you say. "worst of both worlds," say it at the beginning of the sentence so I don't have to keep rewinding the video. Looking forward to more content as this one was better than one I paid for.
Do you know why I can't share squeeze page link, landing page links or even just my website on facebook? It says it goes against their community standards.
Are you doing this organically or with ads? Be sure you mark ads as housing so they don't push them back. If this happening organically, I couldn't tell you why. Never happened to me.
Aria - I’m not sure. I typically only want to capture first name anyways. Just building my email list is what’s most important IMO. You may be able to reach out to kvCORE to see if they can manipulate the code for you to allow full name.
Hey Lana! Here are a few tips that might help at your homeshow! Create an eye-catching booth: Make sure your booth stands out with attractive signage, clear branding, and inviting displays. Consider using high-quality visuals, such as images of beautiful properties or success stories, to capture visitors' attention. Offer something of value: Provide an incentive for visitors to stop by your booth, such as a free consultation, a guide to buying or selling homes, or a special promotion. This can help attract potential leads and encourage them to engage with you. Engage in meaningful conversations: Be genuinely interested in each person who visits your booth. Ask questions, listen attentively, and offer personalized advice or solutions based on their specific needs. Building a rapport and showing that you genuinely care can leave a lasting impression. Collect contact information: Set up a system for capturing leads' contact information efficiently. This can be through a sign-up sheet, a tablet for digital registrations, or even a prize draw for business cards. Remember to follow privacy guidelines and ensure people feel comfortable sharing their details. Follow up promptly: After the home show, make it a priority to follow up with the leads you collected. Send personalized emails or make phone calls to express your gratitude for their visit, provide any additional information they may need, and offer your assistance in their real estate journey. Remember, the home show is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise and connect with potential clients. Stay positive, enthusiastic, and approachable throughout the event. We wish you the best of luck, and may this home show be a great success for you!
Be warned if you choose the CL route you will need an extension installed on chrome, an active registered account on CL and a URL set up with Listings Page click on the KVcore extension that you have to pin to the page. Just click the icon for the pinned extension and follow the prompts or make sure your account is current in advance. Also it's housing/RE for sale (by broker I believe). (Thanks Dennis, no problem Mr. Handy) They told me it takes five days for a smart # two hours after I ordered I received it???
What about creating a squeeze page based on a listing agent or agents from homes you have previewed for the purpose of attracting buyers, can that be done? I have several walk through videos where the listings belong to other agents outside of ExP and the list is growing they all have a commonality so could be grouped. Thanks.
You’d need the permission of the listing brokerage and agent. I suppose that a squeeze page like this could work if the home(s) were highly desirable and what you were providing was a value for someone looking for info on it. Also, you’d have to build them often as desirable homes go quickly.
Is there away in your property alerts to set up multiple polygons in a single alert? I want to do a landing page for opportunity zones, but they are in various different non-continuous areas. I see there's an "add area" link, but it doesn't offer the option to draw another map.
Not that I’ve found. I’ve had to make very tiny polygon lines connecting adjacent areas in the past. Only works for a couple areas in close proximity. Not for what you’re looking to do. Would be a good suggestion to make in kvCORE’s add features page.
Ok this has got to work we're talking about a population of round 5-6 million people just within 5-6 miles of the metropolitan area and if only a % have FB accounts and my property list keeps growing. Eventually I will be that go to guy who delivers the goods on this criteria and that will stimulate more activity just by word of mouth.
why can't kvcore generate leads? is my question. i paid 1k for 2 leads in two months at 500/month. Worst experience ever. Has anyone had better luck with other CRM Products?
Ok it turns out that once a video is published its public period. But that's ok I can remove any details like price, et. And just sell the sizzle of the steak. Fascinating
@@KyleHandy Thanks Kyle. I like your style and videos. Do you do one on one consultation for relative newbie like me. I am a seasoned newbie and having a tough time breaking through. What is your fee?

Awesome!! Glad to hear it. I appreciate the comment.
Great explanation of Landing pages and squeeze pages as well as differences between using FB vs Kvcore to register prospects. Thanks! part of 1%!
Glad it was helpful!
This information is awesome, the examples you give are essentially a blueprint for agents. :)
Glad it was helpful! Thanks Sheri!
Thank you for making this video. I'm trying to use KvCore more and was curious about the different pages. Great explination and good pros and cons.
Glad it was helpful!

Thank you! for some reason it eludes me how to differentiate the difference!
Happy to help!
Watched to end. Thanks. got kinda lost near the end when you were talking about what was weak. I'll watch it again. I really like your videos.
“What was weak”? Not sure I follow

Thanks for the video it helps understand the difference.

It was great but I would like to know how to add it to google for advertising
Add what to google?
Thanks for the video Kyle. My questions on the squeeze pages is you showed how to set them up but how do I get this on a google ad from here or FB. Pretty new to kvCORE

Where do we find the Conversion code to add to our website?
FB Pixel you get from your Facebook Biz Page (Ad Manager). Google Conversion code comes from Google Ads account.
Thanks!

Kyle, thank you for putting together this video! The training program (videos) available at KvCORE was not business process oriented and confusing.

1% 👊
Let's go!
Can I replace the smart number with my own phone number?
No. It's always going to be an assigned number. You can have the smart number forward to your cell phone however.
Ok this has got to work we're talking about a population of round 5-6 million people just within 5-6 miles of the metropolitan area and if only a % have FB accounts and my property list keeps growing. Ok I get it don't provide listing prices just stimulate activity.
Bingo
why can't kvcore generate leads? is my question. i paid 1k for 2 leads in two months at 500/month. Worst experience ever. Has anyone had better luck with other CRM Products?
Who were you paying? Were you using Inside Real Estate's Google PPC Service? If so, that's not been my experience with it.
Ok it turns out that once a video is published its public period. But that's ok I can remove any details like price, et. And just sell the sizzle of the steak. Fascinating
👍
See my concept is the prospect never gets the complete contact info just pictures and videos and list price. The rest must come from me.
Yup. Always gotta keep at least one important piece of info back so they have a reason to sign up or reach out.
Zapier requires a hefty subscription fee
It’s not too bad imo. I pay around $15/month.
@@KyleHandy How do I get that rate? Everything I check is $60 plus per month. I am an eXp Realtor--did I miss it?
Steve Robertson I’m just on their site now. $19.99/month for starter. Billed annually. That’s the plan I use.
