In the 1961 film West Side Story, in the opening "Jets" number, Russ as Riff did awesomely acrobatic swings down from high bars to the hard NYC pavement. Oscar worthy performance, categorically.

Nice recovery on the John Barrymore story. He was an alcoholic but still an icon and legend. Mr Tamblyn deserves huge recognition for his contribution in film. He’s a phenomenal dancer. One of the greatest scenes ever is in Seven Brides for Seven Brothers.

I love the interviews but when you're talking to these folks who are now in their nineties. It's hard to get them to tell a story quickly and it takes a lot of time. And Ben wasn't as polished as he usually is so for me. It's just kind of frustrating to get these two people to ask a question and answer a question and move on. But that certainly was an interesting story about charles manson and russ is very lucky he got out of that alive.

Former White House chief of staff, retired Marine Gen. John Kelly, said, "President Trump is the most flawed person I've ever known. The depths of his dishonesty is just astounding to me. The dishonesty, the transactional nature of every relationship, though it's more pathetic than anything else. He is the most flawed person I have ever met in my life," Gary Cohn, Trump's chief economic advisor, said, "It's worse than you can imagine. An idiot surrounded by clowns. Trump won't read anything--not one-page memos, not the brief policy papers; nothing. He gets up halfway through meetings with world leaders because he is bored. And his staff is no better. Kushner is an entitled baby who knows nothing. Bannon is an arrogant prick who thinks he's smarter than he is. Trump is less a person than a collection of terrible traits. No one will survive the first year but his family. I hate the work, but feel I need to stay because I'm the only person there with a clue what he's doing. The reason so few jobs have been filled is that they only accept people who pass ridiculous purity tests, even for midlevel policy-making jobs where the people will never see the light of day. I am in a constant state of shock and horror."

Don is a casino magnate, guilty on two counts with his Trump Foundation grifting of a veteran's charity to the tune of 2.8 million bucks. All public record. He hires Paul Manafort, who could give a shit about this country. He hires Alex Jones to run the Jan. 6th rally. He hires Mike Flynn, who's judge, looking at redacted transcripts that the rest of us will never see, and says to him, "Basically you sold your country out." He ordered Michael Caputo to run the comm at the CDC and control the intel coming out of their weekly reports so he would look shiny in an election year. Unsafe Maga rallies. Magas going back to their communities thinking they were safe. Then later in 2020 Trump said mail in ballots would come from dead people. He doubled down.
      As dark as it gets.
