I bought the Lofree Touch 68 keycaps.
Did you receive it with accesories like the keycap puller?
And for some reason, I could not type "~" in my Lofree Touch keyboard....
Can you check with yours?

I don't think the keyboard comes with the keycap puller. I got mine from the Coffee Themes keycaps that was gifted along with the keyboard.
For the "~" symbol, for me it is located on the "Esc" key. To type it in you have to click "Shift + Fn + the "~" symbol.

Is there a command key on the keyboard? if so? Where is it and how can you use it?

For the lofree keebs, the command key for Mac is interchangable with the Alt key for Windows (the key exactly to the left of the space bar)
