So many incredibly smart ways of using circuit logic. This video alone has given me so much inspiration, you're a genius, thank you very much for sharing!

I believe there is much more to please me, but i'm just stop researching at this point. Also i find very satisfying how you find a goal with a half belt science consume.
Very nice base, thankyou for sharing! Loved the train resource swap station...very mesmerizing and clever. Red circuits was great too! Good job very inspiring :)
Super impressive what you build there. Played factorio today the second time, first time in coop and first time that it was fun. Now downloaded your safe file and will work out how these templates function :) so i can impress my buddy hrhr.
This really reminds me just how amateur my base building skills are. I've been saying to a friend of mine for a while, I really need to learn how to divide my base up into different sections rather than building everything in a relatively small area. The easy thing I can figure out is processing copper and iron ore separately, but then it gets harder to work out because they both need to go several different directions and learning how to control that is currently beyond me. I guess I need to carefully study the start of this video to learn about how those trains are controlled to move everything where it is needed.
@@Valkhiya I've built basic train systems before, but not such an interconnected system. I also didn't know until last night when I took a look at your amazing save file that you can name train stations using the item icons. It has inspired me to work on splitting my own base up into multiple different sections. I also need to have another look at your belt layout for electric mines. I had never thought of trying to pack so many mines together with belts like that. it's certainly going to be a big change from my all bots system. Thank you very much for sharing.
Thank you so much for sharing this. I absolutely love this design and created something similar (hexagons) but without the rails in my first play through. I've restarted and used your basic beehive rail design and am going to use this to begin a base in Krastorio 2 - which adds a bit more complexity and recipe changes that will give the game a bit more of that "new" factor as it's close enough to vanilla not to be too difficult but different enough that it changes how you play. I never got as far as you with signals however and am trying to figure out how your signals work across your base by reverse engineering what you've built.
@@thebloxxer22 im currently on a 60h factorio game, I've seen that the uranium based objects do damage, is that what you're talking about or is there radiation like with nuclear reactor? ( I only use solar right now)
Well at the time of this upload I hadn't seen a 1-1 trains only base, But about a month later, "Vueltero" made a video called "Biggest Factory Ever" which was a city block based megabase with a ton of mods including bobs angels and momo 30+ the built was around 1456 city blocks and based all on 1-1 trains.
3:25 - Inserters feeding sideways splitters do both sides at once. Also noticed, you have belts going sideways into underground belts - never tried that either. These are things I need to test, as they look awesome!!!
@@Valkhiya 1-1 trains don't mind if they have to run in a crowded base. You can accelerate very quickly. That's why constant starting and braking is no longer a real problem. :D

@@Valkhiya I feel like "the hex base" is just begging for fully modular blueprint sharing. This is super awesome. I'm totally going to work on a hex base idea with tons of little trains. I love your design.

Hey! Neat Design. I Also built a 1-1 Train Megabase (1k spm) on 0.15. Since All recipes changed and I also improoved the design a bit, i will maybe post an answer to your video. At least i will send you the save then.... Good work, and nice explanations...

I am sorry I skipped a bit through the video to look for specifics instead. Did you play with enemies enabled and survival or plain test mode? Unlimited ressources or do you keep expanding?
