Far North is the best yarn store! I recently moved out of the state and miss seeing Annie. She is a treasure and such a knitting booster. It's great seeing her store go from strength to strength!!
FNYC is the absolute best shop in Anchorage! From the first time I visited and was welcomed by Kay and Annie, I have felt like I'm "home" ❣️🌞 🧶😊 I was 😊 the entire time watching you there, Natalie!
Thank you for showcasing Far North Yarn Co.! I traveled to Alaska this past summer and found this gem of a yarn shop. Annie was very helpful with choosing my yarn and suggesting how I could best use them. Since leaving Alaska I couldn’t remember one of the pattern names so I emailed her with a description and she got right back to me. Absolutely lovely store with so much yarn that is very neatly arranged.
I was in an Alaska just a few weeks before you and Kent and went to Far North Yarn! Annie was amazing at helping me pick out yarn for my Halibut sweater. She was so sweet and pulled so many different color combos for me. It was such an amazing experience.

This is my "yarn home". I'm so happy to see Annie and her shop featured!!
Far North Yarn Co. is the kindest, most welcoming shop! Annie and her mom, Kay are so helpful and the best humans:)
I've been there recently, so homey and cute! Love all the different products they carry.
Annie is amazing! I went back after 8ish months and she remembered me on sight and asked how the WIP was doing.
So sweet!
It’s the best yarn shop around! 🥰
This is one of my must-stops any time I get up to Anchorage!
Annie is great. She runs a great shop. Helped me find a substitute yarn for a last minute asked for Xmas gift.

Wow, that’s such a beautiful story of the shop. I love the children’s artwork and signs in the store. That makes it such a family place. ❤ Thank you!
