Another AMAZING tour. I am LOVING get to know these store owners and how they pour their heart and soul into all things yarn. I wish them SO much success. Thanks, Natalie for showcasing the stores.
I so look forward to sitting down with my knitting and enjoying another yarn store tour. I can’t wait until you travel to the North East. Thanks again guys!
I love this place. I stopped in while walking around town one evening. They were so welcoming to newbie knitters, answered so many questions - and of course the tea was wonderful!
Well, I’ve marked at least one of Katy’s wraps that I’ll be looking for yarn for at Flock….may make you help me since you introduced me to her designs! What FUN store.
My favorite local store!! The owners are so sweet and friendly! Their themed tea parties are so much fun during the holidays and the food is always delicious! Thank you for highlighting this wonderful shop ❤❤
I love these tours so much. I almost feel like I get to travel too when I’ll likely never see many of these amazing places. Thank you for all your work and creativity with these videos 😊
This was so fun. I’m very familiar with Marianated Yarns and enjoyed seeing the collaborations with Katy’s patterns. Thx for taking us on your travels!
Katy and Camera told me to watch this and it took until now for me to remember. Oops... Anyone traveling through Utah via I-15 will be within a couple minutes of the shop though! It's worth the detour, I promise!
My friend sent me an email today asking if I had been to Petite Fours & Purls. I hadn't so I got my daughter up to drive the fifteen minutes to that cute little place. While there, we talked about TH-cam and they mentioned that you had been in and your video came out. So, of course, I had to come see the video. (Can't count on TH-cam to show your stuff.) It's a cute store but I've avoided because of my allergies to wool. I was stuffy by the time we left and my daughter accidentally touched wool and was in a reaction when we left BUT it was WORTH IT. Cute place and I saw some stunning cottons and alpaca that I'm not allergic to. We visited with the shop owner that is not Katy (her name is eluding me.) Great shop and your video was really well put together. I love that you got to dress up!
@@KnittyNatty definitely. Other yarns don't play the same as wool so it's hard to get the same drape as the sweaters I love seeing others make. And socks... Sigh
Interesting success story about the maker space at the fair. We had a question on Facebook in advance of Dragon Con if there was a crafter space to hang out in. Sadly, the Robotics and Maker track does not have one set up. But I know anyone dedicated to the track will be found crafting while waiting in the lines for panels so there's that.
Love the name of the store Natalie, and I love tea. I'm British, we drink allot of tea. I get allot of green tea from Harney & Sons. So many pretty colors in the yarn. Love your videos of yarn stores around the country.
@@KnittyNatty I go there at least once a month to try new tea. When I’m running low on some of my tea I buy it. You have to try their new Bamboo tea, it only comes in a tin. They sell 2oz ten dollars, but so worth it.
Hi, love your yarn shop visits. By the way you don't pronounce the "s" in "petits fours" unless it's followed by a word starting with a vowel (French is my mother tongue).
I'm so excited to have been featured on this, and so fun to see Theo the goats' mohair yarn! Petit Fours and Purls is my happy place, I love them!
The story about the petit four is so interesting but as a French speaker, I’m hurting inside with how chez says it 😂😂
This is my local store, Katy and Camera are the best! Every time I go in they remember my name and ask about my projects. It’s my favorite store!
Awww, thanks Kim!! ❤
Our shop is in Lehi too. I’m going to have to check out this shop. I don’t need yarn but I do love cake!!
Another AMAZING tour. I am LOVING get to know these store owners and how they pour their heart and soul into all things yarn. I wish them SO much success. Thanks, Natalie for showcasing the stores.
Thank you for taking the time to visit this store! My knitting group is in Tooele, and now we are planning a road trip to visit!
This is the best yarn shop EVER!! My favorite go-to for all my knitting obsession needs ❤ The treats and teas are wonderful too!
Thank you so much!!! ❤

I love working with Marian’s yarns, clearly! 😁

I love the yarn shop tours! We don't have these where I live so they are very special to me! Thank you Natalie!
Thank you so much for watching!

Aww yay! I'm so glad you went! I'm sorry about your allergy. That sounds so tricky when you love to craft!

Loving these tours and marking them for future travels. What really excites me and I see you focus on every time is the sense of community ❤
Yes! To me that's the most special part! Every store has its own personality 😁

I love it! We love Harney & Sons too. If you ever go to New York City, their shop is a fun place to hang out.

That sounds like my kind of shop!
It's so great!!
Great interview! I love their idea and you guys did an awesome job filming it.
Thank youuuu
I worked on my knitting and watched!! Another great video!!!
Hello from Swansea, Illinois. I love your yarn store tour, I wish that I could visit all of them.
Hi Janet! Aww I know! It'd be so fun!
Another great tour. I want to be you when I grow up haha.
hahaha awww thanks!
Does any one know if this is wheel chair accessible?
Hello from Australia Kaye x
hello!
Have often thought about learning to tat. Can anyone recommend resources for learning tat?
Local fairs (and especially State Fairs) usually include a tatting section in fiber arts exhibitions. Ask there. Also TH-cam is a great resource.
technically in french it's pronounced petit four also because the s is silent on plural words.. cute concept though, I'd love to come eat and knit lol
Lehi is not SLC. It’s 30 miles south of SLC. That’s like saying Ogden is SLC. Weird.

I was gonna say this too! Haha I’m glad you beat me to it
ahh thank you!!
We were just in lehi Utah last week! I didn’t get the chance to go to the store though 🥲
Aww maybe next time!
