A little amusing that in order to keep things gender neutral and to avoid upsetting the permanently offended much effort goes into avoiding saying "master bedroom" or "his and her sinks", yet saying "maids room" is just fine.
How is the AC in the building? I’ve been wondering how people deal during the summertime. I’m planning on purchasing real estate in Dubai in the next year and plan on trying to live there on and off throughout the year. What are summers like quick? I know they’re hot extremely hot but what types of activities and things do people do in the summer?To beat the heat so to speak.

América or Australia, sounds nice. But I believe, Yes I Believe. One would get a lot more, for less money (maybe) in the land of the dead; Mexico. Monterrey, Guadalajara, CDMX or some fancy Beach. Just a short Jet ride away. Cheers to my favorite Brits :) & Long Live the Queen!
Not bad if your not worried about privacy, noise , building site for years to come next door . No natural air , as it looks as thou , none of the windows open ... Just my opinion

So not a fan of this crap. , high rises and everything looking the same with tiny ass kitchens and over the top buildings for fourteen families in each, you both are extremely watchable with incredible insight, thank you thank you thank you from America, you so need to be here too

I can’t think of a superlative that does this place justice. Saying that, I don’t like heights - the views are amazing, but I’d probably get vertigo.
