That light with the arc lighter is friggin sweet! On a side note, id recommend swapping out the sharpie with an inkzall from harbor freight. You can get a 2 pack for next to nothin, and itll probably work better in moore situations than the standard sharpie would. But, fantastic kit you got! You can sure do a helluva lot with that little setup!
@mattrowe1037 I don't use the lighter much but 3 years later it still works and I've had a pack of the install markers they're pretty good. I don't think they dry out as fast if the tops off for a bit. Thanks for checking the video out!!
nice video my dude. Learned a lot. hey on that set of sockets in the black container, you might consider poking holes in the backside, where you could push them through from the other side. Maybe a square hole the same size as your t-handle. Just a thought.
The Maxpedition Mini is the one I love most, due to its perfect size and how it feels by just holding in in my hands. Downside is I am already out of space and therefore I’ll have to go for something bigger soon. Maybe I’ll just get the Fatty and place the Mini inside xD Will still be enough space left for the rest of my EDC tools that don’t fix into the Mini atm. Great video. Thank you. I just subscribed. Keep up the good work. A german fan.
Awesome thanks!!! Yea thats the problem, always running out of room 😆 I usually keep my Beefy pouch in my truck but will sometimes drop in my backpack to have when I ride with someone else. Thanks for checking the video out!!!!
Great set up you have there. Really like the pouch. You mentioned you have a sling bag . Is it a backpack style or messenger type. If messenger style would like to see a video on that. Thanks for sharing this and the links.
Thanks, the sling bag is a mini backpack looking thing I bought on Amazon for like 10 bucks. Its the one thats under a bunch of names but all are the same thing.
Lol. I actually need another one so I can keep 1in the pouch and 1with my knife maintenance kit. Right now it's not in the pouch. Thanks for checking the video out!!!
@@factorsofjack That's a good plan! I have a couple small tubes of it, one is in my Maxpedition tool kit. This conversation makes me feel like opening and cleaning my folding knives!
Kit is perfect. I suggest adding a 4 way, gas, meter box, water, electric key. 6 bucks on Amazon. Game changer when you need to access water. Other than that, fantastic job friend!
Upgrade that wrench to the Channellock. Super quality & no slop. I have the 4" one in my mini tool kit. I also us a maxpedition pouch, and have the the Beefy, but don't care for the layout of the elastic - I use the Maxpedition EDC pouch, as all the elastic allow me to arrange the tools vertically Good Vid!
Another vote for Knipex.I've got the 7" Knipex pliers wrench, it can apply 10x the leverage to anything you squeeze. Fits into tight spaces and less chance of rounding nuts with that much squeezing force. Some people think of it like vice grips but its really more of an adjustable wrench replacement.
I've always used Channellock brand in my 30 year career as an industrial mechanic, but I really do want a set of Knipex. We are funny like that tho, Channellock pliers, Crescent adjustable wrench, Rigid pipe wrenches and so on. Thanks for checking the video out!!!
Wow! It has been 2 years. It's a total mess now, I need to redo it. I use a couple smaller pouches now. I might actually set this up more for Backpacking this summer.
My wife bought it for me like 4 Christmases ago from Amazon. It's listed as the Mardingtop Military 28L Tactical Backpack. They are $42.99 right now and come in Black, Army Green, Khaki and even Purple. I used it all the time to carry my coffee thermas, lunch and a bunch of stuff including the Beefy pouch back and forth to work. I walked to and home for 1.3 mile alot. Right now I'm using it for Rucking. I'm carrying 5 to 6 5 pound bricks along with other things in it. So that's 30 to 35 pounds. It has held up great, a little dirty but no rips, tears or broken zippers.
That was one that my work passed out to everyone. I've seen similar ones with little clips at stores also. They're not watermelon scented like this one. Lol. Good luck with finding something, they are convenient. Thanks for checking the video out!!!
First, if it's not on your person, it's not Every Day Carry and is called something else. The knife you showed at the end, now that was part of your EDC. Lastly, you may as well upgrade to a Backpack so you can include missing survival elements if you're going to keep it in the truck.
Originally, yes. EDC meant whatever you carried in your pocket, every day. Public usage of terms determines the consensus of what meaning people apply to those terms. The Prepping Community now seems to have expanded the meaning of "EDC" to "whatever you take with you every day," even if you keep it in your vehicle, as long as you bring with you every day. Some folks would not want to be without their Beefy Pocket Organizer and its contents, and since it's too big to fit in a pocket, it needs to be kept in the vehicle, backpack or satchel. This is not EDC to some folks, like yourself, but if you wanted to refer to it by another name "Something Else," as you suggest, I saw a term recently, that is appropriate: "On Person EDC" as opposed to just "EDC," carried every day in vehicle or backpack etc. Regarding, "survival components," many folks have a separate kit for survival emergencies. This Beefy Pocket Organizer seems to be formatted for tools mostly. You're right, A backpack, kept in the vehicle, with emergency or survival gear is a good idea for anyone.
You're definitely correct. 😆. I am actually redoing the whole set up. But it's not something I carry with me, it lives behind the seat of my truck. Thanks for checking the video out!!!
Thank you for taking the time to take your whole bag apart to show us!
It does make for a long video, tho. It went back together pretty quickly. Thanks for checking the video out!!!
Very cool...you got a good variety of tools in your edc, that are tailored to your needs. Well done sir.
Thanks! It's ever evolving and right now it's kinda a mess. Lol. I need to redo and reorganize it again. Thanks for checking the video out!!!
To be honest, I never thought that much about my edc. But you showed me some things which could work also for my needs. Thank you!

👍Its working out good but I already have a few things I want to swap out.

That crescent t handle screwdriver, can you provide anymore info on how to get one of these or possibly an alternative?

"Weapons are part of my religion"? Not trying to shake anyone's tree, but that sentence is way out of order.
