Speak about the mental health issues that come with the menopause. Loss of self confidence, low mood, depression, anxiety are a huge part of the loss of estrogen. Most of my female social circle use alcohol, tobacco, and vaping and all of these in very high amounts with daily use due to not being educated about mht. As well as motivation, energy, social withdrawal. Antidepressants, benzodiazapenes are prescribed and addiction follows.

Also total drop in testosterone affects confidence, stamina, anxiety, muscle loss and sexual health. Progesterone is also vital, affecting sleep regulation. I am glad to be on a full triad of HRT.

It is time to give a certain decision whether to use Progesteron (absulately) or the progestins. Because from the scientific point of view they are not same in any tiny aspect.

Being someone as influential as he is, im sure he must have meant progesterone rather than progestin?
