Just a suggestion, but instead of going through the hassle of cutting the front radiator bracket, why don't you just install push fans in front of the radiator?

They’re shrouded fans so I would have to cut the core support to fit them that way as well unfortunately.

That’s kind of hard to answer, it’s all in the tune to keep it alive, but at a certain point a stock block is only gonna take so much abuse
