Hey I installed happy chick and try to run psp games but I get black screen. I think I have to update to 1.4.9 but it keeps saying retry or done and won't let me install. Is there a fix?

For the Nintendo 64 emulator. It uses Mupen64+.
Can you add cheats to Nintendo 64 roms? I found a settings within the emulator menu that says "Mupen Cheat List" can someone help me out?
