Yeah, I think they should trim some of those trees away from the ADU. Pretty incredible view as you mentioned love that angle looking at the coastline down towards Carpenter and Ventura.
Loving these videos! We’ve been looking for a place in SB for over a year and these videos are so helpful since we live in LA. That last one is amazing. I just wish we could find a house like that near the Douglas Preserve in the Mesa where the streets are flatter… we’d buy it in a heartbeat!
Thanks for the comment. I appreciate you watching my videos. Would love to help you out if you want to get on a call and have a consultation I could share how we find our buyers off market opportunities and learn more about what works best for you. Feel free to call or text me at 805-886-5735.
Hi 👋🏼 Joe The first house was nothing grand but very nice. I guess I’ve been spoiled by having the majority of my many homes with vaulted ceiling’s. So I wasn’t really getting excited about it. Mission canyon home was also nice but I think that by the tone of your voice, you were feeling what I was feeling. A lot of boxes in a small piece of land…. You know what I mean. A lot of walking around just to get to another box. The master bedroom and it’s personal porch was something that I did really like. 16:20 for the first time I think 🤔🤔🤔 I actually think you stopped at a stop 🛑 sign 😂😂😂 Bummer you got denied on that home. I was looking forward to it because of its location. The next house 🏡… It looks to me like someone had a lot of money to spend but not much imagination or thoughtfulness about the resale value, the washer and dryer right next to the Master bedroom?? The kitchen looks like they just put one in without much thought, you would think for the money they had to spend that they would have been more generous with the design. I did like how they mixed in that “Raw Timber” wood around and in the entry. Of course I love the views and the tall ceilings. Awesome ADU❗️ Great location. Thank you Joe for sharing another great tour and video of Santa Barbara 😊. Nothing really jumped out at me this time around. Everyone has different likes and dislikes. Keep on filming and I’ll keep on watching. Blessings,Carlos ✝️🙏❤️😊🇺🇸
Thanks for another incredibly thoughtful and detailed comment, my friend. Yeah this tour was a little wonky I feel. BTW, were you a traffic cop and a previous life? 😂
Thanks for watching and leaving a comment. Our property taxes just over 1% of the value of the property so for example of $1 million home is going to be just under $11,000 a year and property tax.
Joe 🍒🍑🍇I like your you tube channel . It is very interesting to watch your videos. 🥑🍅🍒🍇🍑🍓I think you are very intelligent man . Why these people are selling their homes ?May be they have multiple homes? 🌷🍍🥭🍅🍒🍇🍑🍓🥑Be always healthy & happy .🌺🌹💐🌼🌻🍒🍇🌶🍊🍍🥑🥑
Thank you for the colorful comment. There’s all kinds of reasons why people sell a home and I am able to help them with each and every single one of them.
The first house was overpriced and the second three story had a very strange lay out and the kitchen looked strange, plus no doors on the closets? The third one on check out of Zillow and it look pretty nice but over 1m increase from last year seems very aggressive in pricing unless they did a lot of work on the house. The last one was nice especially the great room with kitchen and overall view. However I think the pricing in Santa Barbara overall seems very aggressive for what is being offered.
Yeah, Santa Barbara in general is a very expensive market and this tour in particular I agree had some aggressively priced property. Thanks for watching.
The first one is nice and cozy. The third beautiful views and highly upgraded
Thanks for watching. I appreciate you leaving a comment. Helps out a lot. Have a great day.
Stunning views from the last one.
- Edges of canyons make me nervous:))

Hey, great video. Would be very interested to see a SB property tax video to better understand how much tax owning a property costs annually. Thanks!
Thanks for watching and leaving a comment. Our property taxes just over 1% of the value of the property so for example of $1 million home is going to be just under $11,000 a year and property tax.
first one seem like a deal after seeing the second one...The million dollar difference I assume is the neighborhood
Yeah, or the fact that you could put any price, you want in a house and put it on the market.

I feel as though the second home was a bit aggressively priced. From what I say, it was more of a case of lip stick, not renovation.
That seems to be the consensus I tend to agree. This tour in particular had some aggressively priced homes.

When president R. Reagan bought ranch in Santa Barbara after that Santa Barbara became very expensive ………?,, may be 🍒🥑🍇🍑🍍🍊🌶🍅🌹🌺💐🍄🍐🍉
What are the most expensive places in the world. I feel so grateful and lucky to be here.
House on a hill, that's a no-no.
I could see why you may think that. Not for everyone.
