- Section 35 Subsection 1C of the 1999 constitution empowers in this case the EFCC to arrest an individual once they are reasonably suspected of committing a crime. There's nothing in any law that says a suspect must be invited before arrest

You are talking about a different thing. This is a public office. To avoid favoritism CJN is not supposed to appoint any relative as a Judge even if the fellow is qualified or not.

Note, Yahaya Bello has the right to remain silent. He has the right to refuse to be interviewed. Also he a right of representation by his attorney. He has already been to court to stop force intimidation. All EFCC needs to do is to file the case and advise him to appear in court with his attorney. Forcing him to appear for an interview by the EFCC is illegal. Note in criminal law you have to prove beyond any reasonable doubt.
Yes he has those rights you’ve just mentioned when you’re guilty coz I don’t see any reason to answer questions when you are sure you did not do anything wrong
