I love how you played the parts while adding your own flavor to the song. That fingerpicking part is tough and when Mike plays his parts live, they are very simple. Your solo is also much better.
I always find myself coming back to his covers every once in a while. i discover a new cover artist, I listen to them, they are amazing and then I realise that most of the yt artists do a bit too much; be it too much distortion, too much speed, too many legatos or just show boat skills, all of which is extremely impressive and I like it and I love it in fact. But in all of this, I forget that sometimes doing less or a little is doing more. where yt guitarist would put a crazy 60 note solo/bridge in a fill, this dude calmly slips across the fretboard and the melody he writes gahdamn is it good. i honestly love your content, brother. hearing you play motivates me to pick up my strat and improvise on my own even though I'm not that gifted with a good ear.

Hey, I can recommend the Ibanez GSA 60 if it is still around. It was my first guitar for around 250 and its a very good beginner guitar. Cheers :)
