I am back! Very interesting song ... There are three different Tunings on the studio version, two of them have weird tunings, one of the reason why most of the guitar covers of this song are getting the harmonics part wrong. I had to adapt a little bit on the second guitar with how the chords in the chorus are played but it wasn't that much of hassle. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed the additions I made, cheers!
Fun Fact this song (Easier To Run) along with runaway was declared by linkin park in a 2011 Interview to be one of their least favorite songs they made with mike describing the lyrics in easier to run as melodramatic in 2015
That’s so weird to me. I resonate so much with this song so much of the time; it’s one of my favorite songs from Meteora. Whenever I’m really sad or depressed this song is exactly how I feel: I just wanna run away and not deal with anything. So it’s so weird to me that they actually don’t like this song
@@NickTasy same here i love this song along with runaway but i did some research on the song and they declared their stance on it i guess their are gonna be songs you work on you wont like as much but its still a bummer as the last time easier to run was live was 2003

This cover was just what I needed; yes I'm listening to it because I'm sad, but losing myself in your cover for 3.5 minutes helped me feel a bit better

Both are amazing. Runaway is 5th for me in Hybrid Theory ranking and ETR 7th or something in meteora.
These 2 are much better than Somewhere I belong and With You imo. Dont know why those get such high amount of hype
