This was a gift. ❤❤ I was first introduced to them around the time of his death when "Wayne's World" brought the song to a whole new generation back in '92. I was 11 years old. As the '90s went on, I began going down the rabbit hole and listening to ALL of their stuff, even the solo works of the band members. Never came back out.

YOUR HEARFELT REACTION MADE MY DAY....
Glory (did I get your name right??🤫) is like me... I cry "at the drop of a hat". (That just happens for people who are empathic/highly sensitive.)
SUGGESTION FOR A FUN/UPBEAT SONG PERFORMANCE:
"UNDER PRESSURE" LIVE AT WEMBLEY STADIUM, 1986
(This performance of "Under Pressure" includes the MOST FAMOUS segment of Fred's "sing & repeat" singing warm-up with the audience... It's still used in modern times - inc. at the 2012 Olympics - with a GIANT holographic Freddie.)
"A KIND OF MAGIC" LIVE AT WEMBLEY, 1986
"BREAKTHRU" OFFICIAL MV (The band ON TOP OF a moving train!)
"PLAY THE GAME" LIVE AT MILTON KEYNES BOWL, 1982
"FAT BOTTOMED GIRLS" LIVE AT MILTON KEYNES BOWL, 1982
"SOMEBODY TO LOVE" LIVE AT MILTON KEYNES BOWL, 1982
(FYI, there are TWO popular performances of this song... The more-reacted-to version is at Montreal in 1981, because it was filmed in high HD video. HOWEVER, the version at MILTON KEYNES is in Queen's official compilation of Best Live Performances.... and, IT. IS. MORE. FUN. (So, less chance of crying in the reaction.) LOTS of audience interaction and... Fred hitting the piano keys... with his BOTTOM.😂)
I sincerely HOPE you will react to some MORE QUEEN & FREDDIE MERCURY, Honey... Freddie is the ONLY music I listen to!

Judging by your reaction to hearing Bismillah being used in this song I'm assuming you have an Islamic background. As a former muslim myself I wish you all the best if it's the case you've managed to escape the oppressive religious chains.

If it wasn't for a DJ called Kenny Everett you would have never heard this song and most likely you wouldn't have heard somebody to love either.

The lyrics speak about himmselve. "Killing" the old Freddy and revealing his true sexuality, freeing himself from what he pretended to be.
Now listen again and see if it doesn't make sense.

You are wc glad you hear the proof and fact of true soul and color is irrelevant. With that you get where most rb comes from . Most not all for the critics 😅 like you that lucky . But it’s based off original soul as they mentioned in Ana interview. Stop let them figure it lol ! I know right ??! Clueless 😅

This was done LIVE so think how perfect the studio version would have been.
Also, the intro in the video shows all 4 band members but the voices that you hear is just Freddy

Best live performance band ever exists, no such! Live is better than studio - can you image what masters do this?
