I appreciate your videos more than words can express. I just wish there were more people like you where I live, and all over the world. I've been facing this uphill battle with very little funds to get the supplies. Then my boyfriend got laid off, so I was left with just my vacuum, Carpet Steamer, and what I have left of the DE. LUCKILY I have them pretty well back in just one room, but unfortunately it's the most important room...my son's bedroom😢 He has an Amish solid wood frame bed, with storage drawers underneath; but not attached to the bedframe. The little vampires are hiding under it. I ran out of CrossFire before I could spray around the bed's perimeter, so I dusted the DE around it. I don't know what else to do so I won't spread them, but I do know that if I ever win this battle, I'm going to get rid of the bedframe, because it doesn't have actual legs to put interception devices under, and it's too heavy for me to move by myself. I just hope that maybe you might have advice as to how to treat under the storage drawers, without spreading possible eggs and company? For anyone who might be seeking CrossFire, I found Pestfree.direct has 13 oz CrossFire concentrate for $29.50 and free shipping on qualifying orders over $45.00. So far it's been the cheapest price online that I've come across. They also sell the 130 oz CrossFire concentrate, for $243.80. They cannot be shipped to New York nor Canada. If anyone else finds a cheaper price, please let me know. Thanks in advance and have a great Bed Bug Busting day❣️
This guy is the most unorganized channel host I have ever seen. It is hard to take him seriously when he has absolutely no idea how to edit a video so it makes sense. He is pointing to the wrong side of the screen (where a link should be) and like 15 seconds before the link appears (on the other side of the screen). I am not saying that he cannot deal with your pest control needs as I have never used his services. I am saying this, if he is this unorganized at a simple task (making and editing a video for TH-cam), then why would anyone take him seriously when dealing a life problem such as bed bugs or roaches. I'm sorry Jason, but you need to polish your video making skills before gloating about other skills (pest control) that you claim to be an expert on.... in your videos. [No "ALL CAPS" this time... your move].
Madmarker, He is an exterminator not a video editor. Lol as long as the info is there, idc where he points or if he decides to pick his butt on the video. Everyone is always quick pick others apart for no reason. Smh. You obviously came to this video for a reason, take what you need & leave the rest.
is vacuuming up some of the bed bugs on your mattress and box spring just to get some peace of mind and comfort for the night a bad idea? will they multiply in the vacuum?
Christopher Faust used a bagged vacuum, not a bagless type. Vacuum them up then throw away the bag. Then with a new bag, I would put some Cimexa on the carpet and vacuum it up to kill the ones in the vacuum.
Hello. Jason. I have to catch up on your videos. I have been busy and I have missed the last few. From my experience heat and the powder doesn't work. The dust just chases the bed bugs to the ceiling. What I do is use a chemical residual, spray the walls, baseboards, ceilings and closets, and beds. That has worked for me
Found bed bugs, went on a cleaning binge, used diy chemical, called for heat treatment....... Got interceptors and just found a live bb😒. Going to get a re treatment and go with a POC that uses residual chemical......here we go again.
I have ordered Crossfire now. I will do my own second treatment for car, but will Crossfire work for carpet beetles, too, in apartment? I don't want to treat for bb, and then have to treat for beetles with second product....Thank you for your videos.
Cross fire poison is a miracle poison for bed bugs. Was the only thing that finally killed them all after dealing with them for over a year. Soooooo worth the money they want for it!!!!!!!!!
The only thing cinexa is good for is making a barier around your matress while your waiting for the cross fire to come in the mail. It does keep them at bay.
Nuvan strips are somewhat successful when used in conjunction with pesticides but the main issue I have with them is, they give off toxic vapor which is harmful when inhaled
Aaryn, did you use the cimexa? Any results? I have done tons of research & am finding better reviews on cimexa than crossfire... just looking for opinions...
Hi Jason, I have a quick question. I rented an apartment and I never seen a bed bug in my life now they're huge and I'm infested my landlord tried doing the heat treatment but he was doing one room at a time It was tripping the breakers he said they would kill him while they were only in one room so after he left I waited a couple hours I went in that room and they were all all over the walls crawling oh my God I can't believe it I was like oh my God now is there going to spread right now seeing that they're all active now cuz of that heat I don't think they did it long enough and like I said they're only doing one room at a time cuz he's a scum Lord what would be your advice on this
As far as alcohol goes, I literally used 5 GALLONS of alcohol thru a sprayer and it still didn't get rid of all the bed bugs. CROSS FIRE people, thats the way to go
Faith Bush because alcohol only kills on contact. It does not kill the ones that are hiding. And once it dries, it has no effect. Crossfire has a residual effect for at least 2 weeks. Usually 2-4 weeks. If you have bb, treat 3 times, at two week intervals. Use climb up interceptors on the bed. Move the bed away from the wall and all other furniture. Do store anything under the bed. Do not let sheets and blankets touch the floor. Do not put anything except clean sheets, on the bed, no books, no electronics (no phone, no tablets, etc.), no remote control. Be obsessive. Do not sit on the bed with street clothes on. Keep clean sheets and nightclothes in a plastic bag when not in use. It is war!
Jason is it true that you’ll have to find their spot that they’re nesting? I don’t have a box spring just a wood platform bed and a mattress which I’ve had encased because it was new. Where should I focus on spraying?
That’s why I use crossfire because it works in a way no other pesticide does in that it does not keep bedbugs away from you but you treat the beds and they come for a meal and when they do, the pesticide kills the bedbugs
Ive had good luch with DE controlling their population, when applied to the seems of the walls and across the carpet their activity is very much reduced after two weeks.
the main reason I think Cimexa and DE fail are because most people use them as a fail safe / only elimination method for bedbugs. The biggest problem with this way of approaching the problem is the bed bugs try to escape the dusts forcing them up walls, into crown molding, curtain rods etc. and creating an over all mess. What I recommend, if using any dust at all, is to dust the areas you CAN'T spray and treat all the other areas with residual pesticide per the label instructions. This way you have a really good coverage and eliminate the bed bugs at a much faster rate.
Stephen Greenberg no problem. Many people bash me for being against dusts but it isn't that I'm against them. I'm against using them as an end all solution
Hello there, Thanks for the videos. I've been using an industrial strength steamer and powder. Is there a residual bed bug spray you could recommend that is also available in Australia? We don't have an infestation, just a couple bites every month or so since my housemate brought them back a few months ago but as you can imagine, I'm desperately trying to find a solution that works. She hired an exterminator but he suggested that it was only necessary to do her room, twice. As you probably guessed, they have spread since. I'm hearing a lot of conflicting information out there and I've called several exterminators and companies but no one seems to agree on a solution.
Honestly its hard to recommend a pesticide to be used out of the country but i would see about trying to get your hands on some Crossfire. It works very well. You can also try Alpine WSG but the only difference is that Alpine WSG cannot be used on a mattress so if the bugs aren't on the physical mattress this may be an option. Good Luck!
Just one quick question. How would you rate products containing Deltamethrin? It seems Australia has very strict rules on insecticides and this one is readily available.
I had a minor infestation (just on my bed as far as I could tell). sprayed Wilson 1one shot crawling bug all over the side of my bed, used DE and saw some good results. 3 days later warped my mattress and box spring in a tarp and tossed it out. Put all my clothes in garbage bags and have been running them though the dryer. Still dusting with DE. It’s been a week, haven’t seen a bed bug in a few days. Do you think I might be winning or are they hiding?
I usually recommend Crossfire or Alpine WSG for the elimination of Bed bugs. Are you in Canada? Because I see a great deal of distribution of Wilson One Shot there. I had never heard of the brand before.
Green Akers Pest Control LLC Yes I am in Canada. I did not have any luck finding the pesticides you were talking about in this video up here. Thank you for your replying to my comment.
JaBron Fuller I would only use an aerosol in addition to Crossfire or Alpine WSG because of its ability to penetrate a crack and crevice but it wouldn't be a requirement to do the job.
I think i did it ! I think i got rid of all the bedbugs i have...... i think.....i am still noticing small red dots on my chest, stomach, legs and arms though....i think there's still a few nymphs around Bo..... what else can I do ? I have DE everywhere I spray 91% isopropyl alcohol twice a day and I vacuum alot, but there is still a small amount of babies around.....
Green Akers Pest Control LLC I only had 2 new small red bites this morning. I am doing it with what I've been using. I don't think I have to spend anymore money on this.
good luck. If you still continue to have issues I have 100% success with Crossfire and also have a PDF I wrote to help people out of the state of Virginia get rid of bed bugs themselves
Green Akers Pest Control LLC Thanks, and I am going to check out that PDF. It's been since March since I discovered that I have them so it's been that long that I have been trying to get rid of them and I'm almost there and if I stop now they will just repopulate my apartment so I will continue treatment every day. There are still a few near adults or teens around. I noticed a few larger bites on my calf after the last message where I thought I only had nymphs. I can't find their hiding spot.
No it doesn't sorry sir but I have seen diatemaceous earth fail time and time again I specialize in bed bugs like our friend here and I can tell you de sucks
You have to use DE in combination with other treatment methods ! One or the other won't work by itself ! I've used Steri-fab along with DE and vacuuming together and a little Tea Tree oil to make them uncomfortable ! You have to come at them from every angle.......i feel for you exterminators in dealing with the public on this.....you are very patient and thorough.
Marty Mig. You sound awesome all I'm saying is a lot of the methods you talk about are not working here in brevard county anymore I average 4 jobs a week

What about Nuvan Prostrips? In what way, and to what extent are they effective?
Nuvan strips are somewhat successful when used in conjunction with pesticides but the main issue I have with them is, they give off toxic vapor which is harmful when inhaled
Oh boy i just ordered the cimexa n i just used the de cause the heat treatement that costs thousands did not work .. ugh
Aaryn-Lynn Abbassi sorry :(
I tell people that heat treatments doesn't always work
Aaryn-Lynn Abbassi the problem with heat is your neighbors has bed bugs they still. They will coming if the neighbors spray.
I'm a bed bug specialist I agree with you that's why I don't do heat except for steam

Heat won’t work
I know I'm watching all your videos. Are they suppose to be all over the walls.

It happens when they are really bad
Ok we got the exterminator coming Monday so we should keep kids out cuz they moving all over the wall
