First of all, it's not easy to ride this way. Fantastic on-board view. Congratulations

I've had 50+ track days at Eastern Creek and Phillip at B or A group at both. I thought i was a decent road worrier untill my first track day in B group. Haa so wrong. Be prepared to be the worst guy in that group!! But relax, you will improve !! Just don't try n be the best on the day..Trust me there will always be someone faster and better..Which is a good metaphor for life my Brothers!! Luv xxxx

Thanks Tim, this 2009 R1 is my old one, at that time the 2016 r1 didn’t arrived on time I had to used this bike and i had someone want to buy it and I didn’t want to crash😂 on the 2016 R1 my PB at the island was 1:40 flat. I will go back to the island end of January next year. May have some new footage, stay tuned! Will see how it’s going didn’t ride a motorbike more then 2 years now thanks COVID! Will see. Thanks for watching 👍

@@SomRoes53 I’ve been to cota but on a CBR 600cc stock and only for 2 days and I wasn’t doing anything special lap time wise. I think you’re flying you got held up in traffic a bunch. That’s a hot lap. Sick riding.

Great video, just asking, how have you solved the oil level issue at high rpm? (The oil light coming on)

I'm guessing you have it geared. Seems like you are running out of rpms rather quickly for the speeds you are achieving. Also, the way you are grunting off the corners gives that impression. the RPMs are running like an R6, rather than an R1. You are wringing the neck on this thing to keep it moving. Plus, a lot of other liter bikes are catching up by T1, so it seems like the top end is not really there, but you are doing well mid-corner to exit. Never ridden this track (I do dream of the opportunity to do so), but great vid.

Hi mate, if you want to learn probably, very recommend to do some coaching class. I never done it all the skills i have I learned from track day riding, it took a bit longer because no one told me what to do. 300 bike is good base to start, I being do a lot of super motard and they run 300cc bike in their own class.where about are you from? I live in Sydney the good track for 300cc is Luddenham and Cameron park in Newcastle run by Moto star with Damian Cudlin , he is

Hopefully that helps. Another thing you have to set up your suspension for the track, spring rate, re valves etc. find someone to set the suspension for the track, that’s the first thing you need to do.
