Finally i got around doing the valvestem seal replacement on my Cosworth
I hope to shed some light to what can cause a bluesmoke condition on overrun,and also take you through my findings along the way

Det var populärt att fixa Ventilstyrningar med slip sleaves då blev det knasigt när tätningarna skulle på plats

I have similar issues with my car. Can you tell where you bought those new valve stem seals? Interested also where you found that valve spring compression tool? What kind of tool you used to remove old valve stem seals?
hey there mister.The valveseals i got from the uk..i made sure to get Victor Reinz seals.Later on..with the recent engine build i got Payen seals inside..as these were what my engine machinist had in stock.But as long as you make sure to get..either Victor Reinz, ELRING, or Payen...you are good to go.Do a search on ebay..and you will find them all over.I do think there is a show called ShopBHP on ebay..which is very nice.Also engine tuners like Grahamgoode, BurtoPower shop can also supply you with these.But just make sure you get one of these brand mentioned..I do think you can get original ones from Ford also. The compression tool i got from a store called CDON.Com....But there are many of the excactly same type to be found on ebay...I will supply you with a link in the bottom of my reply.But first i have to say that you will need to get a tool to knock in the new seals.the one tool meant for this in the kit..does not fit...and you have to use a tool that fits just on the outside of the seal housing ..so you wont ruin the valveseal.Very important.So do not use a socket..because the socket are not completely round on the inside..so it will make marks in the valveseal housing..and could cause it to leak.i used a pipe that was the excact correct diameter as the seal itself.I hope this could help you out :) Here is the link :) www.ebay.com/itm/Cylinder-Head-Service-Tool-Kit-For-Valve-Springs-Guides-Bushes-Stem-Seal-Set/282239735309?epid=1034600695&hash=item41b6cc960d:g:4qgAAOSwBP9UXgpo

I continue to have it and not planning to change it. I recall you buying some parts just to have then in case you will need them for the future.
