The VP9 has a much better trigger. However I shoot the P30 much better than the P365 XL because the ergos are so much better and it stays planted in the hand. The P30/VP9 (almost the same) ergos are second to none to me (have both). I wear XL gloves so thin guns move around more in my hands. The P30 stays planted and on target. Oh the drama! Yes, so many self-defense scenarios at 25 yards……I own both of these, and they each have distinct strengths and weaknesses. Your final conclusion is just silly.
I don’t trust the 365 after discovering the mechanical safety / unintentional discharge issues. Even if it only happens to one person that’s enough to make me rethink it. DA really feels like the only safe “pull trigger go bang” carry method. Not 100% sure how I feel about the LEM carry. Wish H&K made a thinner hammer-fired model.
I'll never carry a SIG polymer pistol. They beta tested on their customers. No way. I like their metal guns and, especially, their 1911s. Not a fan of striker-fired guns. I have several HK pistols. You need to practice a LOT. Striker-fired guns are almost like cheating with their light triggers. DA/SA will teach you how to be a better shooter, but you NEED to put the work in. I love my p30sk V3 (no manual safety). I'd never carry a P365. I'd carry ANY of my HKs. You do you. I don't judge. Don't judge me.
"They beta tested it on customers!!!!" Like the VP9 that was plagued with numerous problems at launch? Or S&W's M&P 10mm failure to feeds on launch? Or how about Glock's getting hung up from simply having a light attached? Yeah, only Sig does it. Right?
I carry both of these and own several more DA/SA’s. The reality is most shooters can’t or won’t put in the time to become proficient with the HK’s trigger. That, and a distinct advantage in size, weight, and price are why strikers now dominate the carry market.

"They beta tested it on customers!!!!"
Like the VP9 that was plagued with numerous problems at launch? Or S&W's M&P 10mm failure to feeds on launch? Or how about Glock's getting hung up from simply having a light attached?
Yeah, only Sig does it. Right?
DA/SA all day 💪🏽👍🏽
I carry both of these and own several more DA/SA’s. The reality is most shooters can’t or won’t put in the time to become proficient with the HK’s trigger. That, and a distinct advantage in size, weight, and price are why strikers now dominate the carry market.
@@Levi_The_Giant bro… please stop. Every gun manufacturer has issues and then there is SIG who has ten times more. Guns going blam left and right. Just because you drank their kool aid doesn’t mean you’re right. Go compare HK oopsies ALL TIME with just what sig has on their record in 4-5 years. Modern sigs are no where near the same quality as any HK firearm. Take a high round count class and watch it choke 🤣
I have both, enjoy both, but the HK feels better to carry.
If you don't like the trigger on the HK, that would seem to be a good reason not to own it! It's a primary selling point.
HK
You have to be kidding me.there is no comparison.hk leaves sig in the dirt.sig sauer went downhill when the company became american.the only trustworthy guns from sig are the west german p226s and 220s.thats it
@pandemonikussupbus4590 I totally agree with you. Sig went downhill when they started making in the US. Hence why i just bought a HK P30sks V3. No regrets whatsoever. HK is full German and top notch.
I've carried a H&K p30sk in a Enigma for over a year with no notice Love it 😊
