Seasonal Trends in Healthcare - Which Months are Tough?

I thought it might be worth doing a little deep dive into the seasonal trends throughout the year in healthcare clinics.
And looking at how this changes across different types of clinics…
For example paediatric clinics may see seasonal trends associated with school holidays and how they fall in different months of the year.
Whilst musculoskeletal clinics may see increases over periods where sporting seasons begin, or at the end of winter when people become more physically active (got to get that summer body back hey!)
That said, it is really important that we understand the seasonal trends in our clinics, because this should be identified and worked on in our strategic plan.
The more consistent and predictable your clinic revenue, the less stressful (on average) business will be.
