Thank you so much for the lovely comment, carlosquintero8279. It's harder than it looks if you want to do it like the Asians do it. They're the masters of Wok cooking. I'm getting better, though. Cheers 🍻
Thank you for the kind words, harambelover9433, I'm glad you enjoyed the video, if you you have any questions, please feel free to ask, and I'll do my best to answer them. Thank you mate.
Can you make a video on how to clean the wok please , mine is putting a lot of black soot in the food and oil is turning a grey colour when deep frying too even though I scrub it down and boil some water in it
Hi bigchief2331, sorry to hear about your wok mate. I boil my wok on the burner and give it a bit of a scrub with a bamboo brush after every time i use it, then I dry it off on the burner, with a hot flame to burn any excess oil off. Then I let it cool down a bit, and then I lightly re coat it in fresh oil very lightly, though. That's all I do, almost like seasoning the wok again, I've got videos on how I do that if you want to watch them. I never use soap once it's seasoned. If you get a build-up of oil on your wok, you may have to burn it off andre season it. I do the same with my carbon steel frying pans. I got videos on them, too. Good luck with it, mate. Let me know how you go.
Hi, user-qm5119vf4b, thanks for your comment. My wok burner is a rambo hp 200 lpb high pressure burner. 80MJ/hour. It's very powerful and it's got a pilot light, some of them have electronic ignition, I didn't go that way as they tend to wear out. $379.98 At the moment on special.
Thanks for your comment #98756120abke. Yes, I love my setup now, I have quite a lot of woks and now I have 2 burners, so I can cook different things at the same time. It did take me a while to get used to it, though, as it's very fast and very fierce heat, I'm still not 100% with it yet, but I am getting better. Lol 😆 I'm still learning how to toss the food. Cheers mate.

Hi emilynorris7625, I'm not sure what you mean by your comment. Please explain.
First things I noticed were proper wok, and proper burner.
