This has been the most comprehensive tutorial I've seen. I started my kandi journey less than a week ago. I'm looking forward to creating so many to give away at upcoming cons.
My 10 year old is really into making Kandi and wanted to make cuffs this weekend. This was so super helpful. The visuals and explanations were the best I’ve seen. Thank you for this video. Yay for parents bonding with their children over crafts!!❤
While I'm not doing this pattern, this was super helpful for reading Kandi patterns!! I looked up so many tutorials and none of them were super clear or were way too fast for my brain. But this was clear, and you fully explained what to do!! Thank you!
I don't know if you still come here to YT but thank you so much for your explanation. I finally understand how to do this now. You explained just how my brain works. I was going right to left and messing up but when I saw you going left to right it just clicked. As you said, brains are weird. Thank you again.
I used this tutorial to make a cuff. I'm not done yet and its not the best but it's my first multi stitch cuff. hopefully after more practice the cuff will be better :D
Thank you so much for this vid. You're so helpful and your instructions were so clear. Good clear camera angle and thank you for recommending Kandi Patterns and how to read patterns. I walk away much more knowledgeable and now with a Hello Kitty cuff. Mwahaha, I am too powerful now!
I was literally just doing this because I quit out of frustration ✋😃 because my kandi always has like 1-2 that are a bead shorter then it should be and it’s always the last one right next to the first one if that makes any sense- and the 3-2-3 pattern messed me up Bc my beads are un-even and ngl it got so annoying Bc idk how to fix that- so any tips? I’ve only been doing kandi for like three weeks and idk how to fix it
No idea what im doing wrong, but when you add the first layer onto the single at the end I keep getting 2 beads left behind with no room for a bead. I can’t figure it out!
I followed this tutorial exactly how they explained, but on my second row the beads were one spot too far making it not even at the end. How do I fix this???
I just spent like 2 hours making one and I just found out that I was supposed to tie it before, not after it was done. I have no idea how to tie this now lol
From the beginning, I feel like it won't fit my wrist. Like, the first row needs 18 beads (in the pattern I used, it needed 18 beads) and 18 beads aren't enough to fit my wrist. Any tips, or is it like that whenever you start?
Multi stitch cuffs get smaller as you make them, so def just make it bigger. Add like a blank section or continue the pattern. (Ik I'm a month late but yeah)

So by my calculations, you just skip a bead and go through the other one for the whole entire cuff?

Try making a striped pattern before making pictures. That helps you get the hang of it.

THANK YOU SO MUCH I SUCK AT MAKING THESE
I did this but I still had A TON of the 2nd row to do when I was done with it
very nice you taught me to make a multistitch [cool]
Could you technically do a peyote and have like a sideways pattern? I feel like that would just make more sense in my brain and have straight edges
you could do that! you would need to remake the pattern though, so it fits that stitch :)
I followed this tutorial exactly how they explained, but on my second row the beads were one spot too far making it not even at the end. How do I fix this???
Can one use ordinary roncaille Beads or Miyuki Beads?
I just spent like 2 hours making one and I just found out that I was supposed to tie it before, not after it was done. I have no idea how to tie this now lol
Thank you so much ❤❤

Add more bc it just gets smaller. I do like a bead or 2 extra than what I need
