I have a pet adoption event coming up. We sell things to make money for the pet’s medical fees. These are simple so once I get the hang of it, I can make lots of them. I think these will be perfect for the event! Thank you! ☮️❤️🐈⬛
I want to add that E6000 glue WILL melt plastic!! So make sure whatever glue you use that it is safe for plastics. I love your pens!! I want to go make a bunch of them right now!! Thank you so much for sharing your craft with us 💐
Thank you! I just converged to 1 storage unit instead of 2 and I found my mother load of all types of jewelry making beads and broken beaded necklaces and was praying for an idea. Also, the flea markets I’m at are overload with the same crafts booth after booth after booth…no one is doing this. I can’t wait to make a few- like tomorrow alllll day! Thank you thank you thank you for the inspiration. And thank God for hearing my prayer. ❤
What a fun project - Boho is my jam. You did a wonderful job explaining everything; quick, simple, and straightforward instructions. I appreciate that all of the materials you used are easy to find and reasonably priced …. Dollar Tree has the pens, the glue, and all that bling, and Michael’s often has great sales (or coupons) for those fancy beads. Well done.
My daughter and i love ALL your crafts and treasure journals and have been watching you for the few months. My daughter is raise money to go on a class trip, your videos have inspired her to start having fundraiser craft fairs, and these pens are great for that. Thank you so much ❤
Great idead Natasha ... My sister used to make something similar... she would wrap embroidery floss and using contrasting colors weave in writing. I loved them. I still have them from, like, 30 years ago!
Another genius idea. I really love these. The beaded pens with the charm dangle can be kept with the journal with a lobster clasp or bulb pin attached to a chain or cord on the journal. And this is a great way to use those pen refills that never seem to fit the pen I bought them for. Thank you for all the inspiration you've given us over the year.
Hi Natasha, I feel like I'm late to the party as I was introduced to junk journals just a few weeks ago but they have my attention! Your videos are so well done. Teaching is definitely your thing. You speak so clearly that your instructions are very easy to understand. Your voice is so soothing, I could listen to you all day long! Thank you for what you do.
Ooh! I love thi idea. I will make them with my own made paper beads as I can make the bead hole as large or small as I need. Thank you so much Natasha. By the way, Natasha is my daughter's name! She is beautiful too 😃 x
Amazing ❤ I will totally try the paper beads idea, and combine it with Natasha’s idea of wrapping with pretty threads ❤ Thank you both for sharing your creativity!
I have made tons of paperbeads, and I think this is a fantastic idea for them, I also think that tiny strips of fabric wrapped around the pen with the gold strings around it would look funky too.😊
Oooh these are FUN! What comes to mind is that we can use painted papers or even collaged papers to make our own beads which could then be fitted to the barrel/outer body of the pen! Same with fabric beads, air clay beads and so on. Plus as you Natasha have shown us, blingy stickies could also be applied over paper beads or fabric! Thanks for the inspiration!
A dear friend gave me a stash of gorgeous beads recently. Everyone got earrings for Christmas!! Ugh...another obsession!! I can't wait to make these. Brilliant idea! Thanks for sharing!
What a beautiful idea, also for little gifts! A complete unique masterpiece and looking wealthy and fancy! And the idea with the paper beads here in the comments are also very cool......! 💕 Thank You very much and greetings from Germany......🇩🇪 🤗
Love these blingy pens! I also love using those silver caps that you showed for tassel caps. Tassels that I could then attach to the top of the pen! You’re right! One idea just leads to another! Thank you for sparking my imagination too!!
You could also just cut the acrylic sleeves of the pens with a hack saw and then bead the remainder of the ink shaft. It's a bit more work, but you could cut four at a time if they were taped together to speed the process up. Pretty pens. Thanks for sharing your ideas and tips.
These look so pretty, Natasa! My only concern with gluing beads to the cartridge is, once the ink runs out, you can't put in a new cartridge. I will experiment and see if there is a way to secure the end bead at least that will allow the ink cartridge to be replace. Thanks for another fun tutorial. Happy New Year!
I thought the same thing! I’m wondering if you only glue the top beads you could use a very thin razor blade , cut between the beads, and cut the plastic pen in half? Then the rest of the beads would just come off?
These are just stunning! I love bling.....on just about anything! They would look gorgeous sitting in a small crystal vase....in front of a window....so very feminine!!!!
Oh Natasha! I just went through all my beads last night and wondered what I was going to do with all of them. Now I know! ❤ I love them all. Thank you so much for sharing ❤❤
I actually bought and made some of those beadable pens last year but think now they will have to sit a little longer. I’m going to make your pens instead. Wonderful idea for using those large beads but also all the bling in my stash. Another amazing idea from our dear Natasa. Love and hugs.
These are amazing! I love that some beads can turn and the wrapped ribbons have texture because I would use them as a way to calm anxiety. Thank you for showing us a way to make these😊
Yes!! I love these pens! What a great gift idea. Not to mention, how beautiful one would look with a journal. Another awesome idea! ❤😊 Thanks for your inspiration always.
You could use a little fray check, especially made for fabrics. These are gorgeous & would make good gifts for your Bible study group. Just make pens to match a journal. I like the suggestion that gave you ways to attach to your journal.
Simply lovely! Here’s an idea to increase comfort and functionality but still have a fabulous pen: take the clear plastic cartridge from your cheap pen; cut it in half; bead the top half as you show. Then you’ll have the comfy bottom half where you hold it. You could even paint a clear pen inside or out with metallic paint. I need to go sort my beads and raid the pencil cups! Thank you for the wonderful idea.
I made those before however without the casing the ink part is flimsy even with the beads on them! I like buying the different color pens kit, that you add beads to and it’s refillable. I bought your book last week and I’m enjoying it❤
I purchased beatable pens and did the project with my grandsons and daughter. The boys loved it and my daughter as well. I have many beads left and I’ll be making more pens now without having to purchase more bearable pens. Thank you Natasha 😊
Looking at some of the charms you attached, my thought was that you might need a few chain links between the pen beads & the charm you attach, just so it is given a little more space & movement. Just a thought! Loved the video, thx for sharing
Omw. I just adore these pens. A few years ago i bought decorated pens from a chinese market and on first use they just fell apart. These look and work so much better. Thank you.
I love this so much. I feel like I can go through my fabric, bead, and jewelry stash with fresh eyes for pen bedazzling! Thank you for sharing endless inspiration. Have a Happy New Year! 💕

Appreciate your experience and instructions! The details you explain are so important to my total enjoyment and satisfaction when I create my new Treasures. Thank you!
I love these pens. I have the other pens that you can buy and make up yourself however the ink carriage is really small and it runs out quickly, so these pens will work better. Oh and my husband bought me your Treasure Bookmaking and I love it so thank you xx 😊❤
I LOVE these. My Art Lady (who lives in my head) decided to make them with the paper beads. I really like the look! Thank you for both of these ideas. I only follow you as you are not only a creative artist but a great teacher and inspiration.
These are all so lovely. Your creativity is spectacular. I have seen these at craft fairs but never bought. I have a box of beads I must explore now to see if i can use for this project. Thanks for sharing this beautiful. 😊❤
Very good ideas! Just a tip: you can stop ribbon from fraying by applying a small flame, like from a lighter. Just light little sweeps of flame will melt the synthetic fabric of the ribbon and metallic threads without burning them.
They're really pretty. I think I like the last two pens best because you can change the refill when it runs out whereas with the others, once the ink runs out, you can't use them anymore.
You are awesome! I just came across this and couldn’t stop watching! These pens are so beautiful! Now I finally have good reasons to start collecting all kinds of beads and ribbons and stuff. Thanks for sharing!

But now you have sent me down another rabbit hole with so many more ideas using all those paper crafting and junk journal supplies. Thanks for sharing. How fun and gorgeous! Of course every journal needs a little bling. Definitely going to have to give this a try. Thank you for the amazing inspiration! Wishing you and your family a healthy and happy 2024! Hugs 🤗🥂🍾❤️
Who doesn't like a pen, but a personalized pen is something else I love pens that fit right to the finger tip. Adding a touch of character is pretty awesome. Thanks for sharing I have beads but I wouldn't have given this a thought. 👌
I love these. They would make a great 'Boxed Set' of journal and pen as gifts. I love them all, but I think the wrapped trim pens are probably my favourites because they are uniform the whole length. Now to play.
Natasa!! You never cease to AMAZE me and you never disappoint!! Your creativity knows no bounds! I love your channel and your idea's for using and reusing the things around me! Love from Texas!!❤❤❤❤
Fantastic and beautiful. I received some from my Sister as a gift. One of her colleagues made them. I must try it out when I have some materials. Right now I have made a tabard style top out of a warm wool scarf. I hope my Mum does not mind as she bought me the scarf for Xmas but it was very long and wide. At least it is still something useful. X
Love this. I have so many beads. Guess what I'm doing this afternoon. You can also buy very fine gold, silver, red etc. coloured wire for wrapping, then tuck the end under a bead. If you do not want to buy head pins you could also use a a earring post. I always have lots of singles because one gets lost.
That is a great idea-- using the single earring. So sad, to have just one, & I'm always looking for something to do with the singles.❤️ Thank you for the excellent idea!❤️ God bless you & yours, with everything beautiful & Bright, in this coming new year. 💗
Love these! My brain can't stop thinking about making them. These will definitely be my Christmas gifts next year! My favorite part is the dangling charms😊
Love your techniques. The Pens are so pretty. I prefer this method versus the mass produced pens made for beads. They seem so limiting creatively and don’t have the same unique beauty. Very inspiring video. Thanks for sharing.
I also love this project. Thank you. I'm also thinking of how to do this so that they can slide off when the ink is empty. You've sparked my thinking in addition to giving me new projects. THANK YOU, I absolutely love this project.
THANK YOU for sharing your FANCY PEN creations!🤗💖 I'm not sure which is my favorite🤷🏼♀️ I just LOVE them all! ...& I LOVE that they're FUN to make, FUN to use & SO PRETTY! ...& the POSSIBILITIES are ENDLESS!!😊💖
What a great idea and beautiful too!! I'm wondering though if you could demonstrate how to attach the beads and even the topper bead to each other so that if you have a box of pens the same size you could slide the bead covering off and put it on a new pen when the ink is gone from the pen you're using. And maybe you could even show it with a cover using ribbon or some type of softer surface like a combination of ribbon over beads or with beads large enough and relatively uniform in size so as to be comfortable for everyday use for people with arthritic hands that are a little stiff making it harder to grasp pens with a smaller circumference like BIC pens.
I miss you talking and quickly intro-ing each item as you showed us each item in the beginning montage, but it's very minor! You are truly the best JJ-related craft channel on youtube right now. Clean, uncluttered, educational, and interesting
It’s amazing how you do all that fiddly messy stuff with pens AND a glue gun, yet you maintain your nice nails and clean fingers and don’t burn your hands. Thats some mastery. 👏
Your fancy pens are gorgeous!! They do seem like they might be uncomfortable to hold. So it made me think about soft yarn. At least for the lower part where you grip. It might even be somewhat squishy because some people grip a pen really hard. I often buy pens based on how they feel in the hand. Then the sparkly bling could be on the top half of the pen.
This came up as a recommendation from utube…absolutely love this!!! I make jewelry…so I have beads…I’m on it!!! Thank you for sharing a wonderful idea!!! My mind is racing!!! Stay safe and be blessed ❤
I love seeing these ideas all making a comeback for pens. I remember back in the day the fist time I saw one done. Since I also make jewelry this is so fun!!! I've been in a bit of a creative slump so thank you for having new videos. I still enjoy watching your older ones. Especially ones with using the magazines and envelope ideas. Happy New year to you and your family and hoping that your rescue dog is doing well.
Oh my goodness - these are gorgeous and I love this idea! I didn’t know you could get bearable pens, but these look like way more fun! It’s time to start getting ready for next Christmas lol - thanks so much for sharing your wonderful creativity with us!
One idea does breed another 😊 I think rolling the pen cartridges in paper enclosing them in their own paper beads might work too - I love the gold thread wrapping, it’s such a nice finish
Don't have large enough beads? Fret not my friends, because you can make your own! th-cam.com/video/vX6MDcT5uec/w-d-xo.html

I thought the same thing! I’m wondering if you only glue the top beads you could use a very thin razor blade , cut between the beads, and cut the plastic pen in half? Then the rest of the beads would just come off?
Hot glue is decently easy to remove if you use a bit of force.
Reuse the beads and make another pen. Simple.
if youre not gluing down each bead, all you have to do is cut the cartridge at the top where the last bead is glued and you can reuse the other beads
Oh my, you have endless thoughts on reusing items around the house . Just love the pen idea.

That’s why a bit of glue in between each bead is a good idea as it stops the flex 👍

You can't refill a regular pen cartridge...the only way is not let the pen itself glued on the beads

Natasha this is an amazing ideas!! Your creativity never cesses to amaze me ❤❤
Thank you so much!!
I love this project! I'm so drawn to the wrapped thread pen...it's my fav.!
I prefer this idea over the store bought beadable pens. Great idea Natasa. Wishing you a healthy, happy beautiful new Year
What do u do with the beaded pen when the ink runs out?
❤ your nail polish colour. What brand and name of the colour are you wearing? Thank you for sharing.
if you use a flame to seal the end of the cut ribbon, it will sllightly melt it & seal off the end so it doesn't unravel
I looove this idea. Thank you so much for sharing.
Thank you, Natasha. This is such a great idea that I can make a bunch of and sell. Have a wonderful New Year 🎉❤
Happy New Year!
Lovely. I just paid $8.00 each for two of these. With all the beads I already have, now I know that I can my own. Thank you for sharing this video.
Oh my goodness - these are gorgeous and I love this idea! I didn’t know you could get bearable pens, but these look like way more fun! It’s time to start getting ready for next Christmas lol - thanks so much for sharing your wonderful creativity with us!
I love the one with the big emerald dangle. I will look for some larger beads, and then I would love to try this project!
The fact that there are a million views on pen making in today's day is amusing
There are 14.4 billion views on the Baby Shark video on TH-cam, so, yeah.
One idea does breed another 😊 I think rolling the pen cartridges in paper enclosing them in their own paper beads might work too - I love the gold thread wrapping, it’s such a nice finish
