Prob unpopular opinion but I don't like the wave, it causes me more annoyances like blade coming out half open and if I want a quick deployment on a knife, I'd just use a fixed blade or OTF. I like that this has no wave. I have a waveless Emerson Horseman (called Headless Horseman) and love it.
This is the exact video/ review I’ve been waiting for, for this exact knife. I’ve been on the fence getting one because there weren’t any good reviews out there yet… until now. Thanks!
LOVE your channel and this knife ! No specs ? I realize its nearly the same size as the other you showed. Im just old and a stickler for size etc. Why no links to procure this beauty?
Remember, Emerson's were originally built for self defense/fighting. Because most right-handed people start their slash from right to left, the chisel needs to be setup this way...so this works in Hammer grip and reverse grip. The chisel is proper for the intent.
Field sharpening... We all have to do it but if you need to use a rock to sharpen your knife (as I've heard some say), you have failed to plan adequately. Likewise, if you're relying on your pocket knife as a self defense weapon, you have likewise failed to plan and train. My two cents. Good video.
I love pointy knives that are also strong.
Very similar to my Emerson Kwaiken without the swedge. I dont mind the chisel ground edge, it's one of the sharpest knives I own.

I appreciate the wave for what it is but I’d prefer it not to be there myself.

Been wanting to get one 😊
Most of the links on your website, all of the links for shopping knives, do not work.
Liner lock would not be my first choice for a "tactical" knife..unless of course I was engaged in tacticool operations around the yard
Pretty dam sick! But where the hell is the best part? ''The Wave''
I So Sorry, I luh You Tim Ken!!😅-TTTHS
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I love Emerson but if he only put the edge on the proper side for right handed men

Why is Tim, the anti-2A bro-vet, still relevant?
Anti 2a ? Wtf you talking about
@@chriswebb3018 Tim went on a podcast with Lance Armstrong after the parkland shooting being pro "red flag" gun confiscation...
