alex's mom is actually right! chicken feet are rich in collagen. boiling them for a long time will take the collagen out so a chicken feet broth could actually offer a lot of benefits for us + it tastes good! ♡

I came because of Alex’s story in Instagram and saw the video of his mom and died laughing, I knew she was funny from watching Alex’s vlogs before but didn’t know HOW funny but now add Rio’s mom it just took it up a notch. Alex’s mom is right about the chicken feet 😂 My mom always has chicken feet in her crockpot because it’s a good source of collagen and she’ll drink it and save the rest for our dogs - she put the broth in their dry food. I won’t eat at all tho 😂

Love this, your moms are so cute and reminds me of my own mom. Whenever someone asks my mom a story of me being involved, she always says "Sharie, you answer the questions". Lol. My favorites are the chicken feet (yes there's TON of collagen) and Isaw (intestines). I tried these foods when I went back to the Philippines with my family (had street food with my cousins, Titos and Titas). So good!!
I mostly have eaten all these dishes and Iove them ❤ just had chicharon bulaklak for lunch ❤
