When you do the tracks for the flip over, are you sewing one track per braid?

im confuse as to what happens to the last section of tracks between the 1st and last. sew up toward the middle part or litterally hold them up and sew?

Cart Kleeber sew the hair flat but when your sewing it down sew it at a diagonal so it’ll be easy to flip over.
