    Great review, do you know if the TRD air filters are included with the TRD off road package?

    Thanks for another look at the blueprint Limited TRD OR. Maybe I missed it in the review because I was looking at the truck (I have a near identical build coming in March) but did this come with the PVM and MTM as part of the OR package? The Toyota build site isn't clear on whether or not that comes with the TRD OR on the Limited. Looking forward to more updates.

      @JTP709 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I've been trying to clarify that as well. Some folks on reddit have confirmed that their Limited TRD Off-Road includes the MTM/PVM cameras despite the Limited PVM package not being included on the sticker.

    Honestly whats the point in having all those off road bells and whistles on a truck that size? Its way to wide, long, low, and overall bulky to do any real off roading. People forget that the main thing about Toyotas aside from reliability that made them the best vehicles for off road was their COMPACT size. No amount of traction control is going to get you up a trail if the vehicle doesn't fit.

    • @DrivenCompanion
      @DrivenCompanion  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The larger size is definitely a drawback on many trails but there are plenty of off-road opportunities for something bigger too. I plan to take my 4runner on the more technical and narrow trails and use the Tundra for desert runs and snow-wheeling

  • @whales302

    I'm sorry Toyota often has cheesy interior items in their trucks. That 4Hi 4Lo selector along with that rotary knob looks like something a first year design student created.

    • @michaelr1760

      Who cares people who say that just drive around the mall over speed bumps and say they offroad. Real offroaders modified their vehicles with bigger tires, after market bumpers with tow hooks, winches etc. So stop complaining about something you don't even know how to use

      @@tbone12787 I’m a similar owner. I have been driving nothing but Toyota since 1986. I can’t stand the appearance of the ‘22 front, and the fact it doesn’t even have recovery hooks is laughable. Toyota has lost its way. The fanboys will buy them, but Toyota market share is going nowhere in the 1/2 ton segment. For the first time in my life, I considering a domestic for my next truck.
