Preparation and trust together is a beautiful synergy together to have real exchange while having valuable conversation . Loved this podcast on importance of genuine conversation face to face. Ability to open up honestly and have genuine conversation something that we all need more as we lack at it . Most of us are often hiding something due to others people’s judgment .
