Solidworks Advanced Surface tutorial Exercise 146

Just learned this recently, if you want to create a solid body from surfaces, use "Knit Surface" and click on the 3 surfaces (bottom, side and top) and then check the option "Create Solid". You can do this instead of Intersect. Hope it helps
