I am glad you mentioned the spiritual aspect, as my anxiety always felt as a spiritural struggle. I am finding all of the information in your videos insightful and incredibly helpful. It is different than all the advice you hear about in the media. Thank you!

I just have to say when I have palpitations, I will try saying to myself and clutching my chest with outreached arm.... "Elizabeth, It's the BIG one! I'm comin' to join ya Honey!" LOL. I have been there and with all your help Dr. Russ my sense of humor has blossomed! Thank you. Heart palps are annoying and scary depending upon the life climate with which they are showing up. Sound advice to stay with your body during these times!

I think my cortisol levels just just kicked back in/evened out..however it’s said. High fatigue, and a vibration throughout body, for a month. It is hard to trust that this “normalization” will stay. It’s like walking on eggshells. The reprieve I’ve been praying for and working for. Hard to trust. Thank you for the advice.

Having health anxiety and tons of intrusive thoughts, and lots of assurance from others, bodily sensations, muscle spasms on shoulder and back pain 😢

I heard someone say this in a podcast recently, but I have been unable to verify it in anything scientific. It definitely rings true. Can you comment on this? And perhaps provide some medical/scientific context for it based upon your experience?
