Looking at this your design, there is no white borders Pls what can i do?

Just use ur Ctrl z to go backwards to when u have not flattened it....note: don't save as PSD file after flattening save as PSD file b4 u flatten it so u can always open ur PSD file later to edit it
No if u use 3m x 9m on ur Photoshop it will be heavy so u can set it as 3inches x 9inchies and 300dpi den set mode to RGB.....den when you finish u can den convert to CMYK and save..... when it get to the printing press they will expand it to 3m x 9m on their system

Save ur RGB finished work as a PSD file first b4 proceeding to convert it to Cmyk

No.....but you can open Photoshop pdf in Corel draw and work with it there boss
Save the PSD file as EPS then open on Corel draw

The method ive been using is to divide the original sizes w/h by 4 at inches...

If it's too big then you can design it using a small equivalent shape/size then b4 they print they will resize it to the original size
