In this special episode, Kerry and Dan Debenham discuss the powerful things that happen as Relative Race helps connect people with their families, and how that can help us understand Christ and His role of connecting us with God. They delve into the importance of relationships, and of God and Christ in those relationships, and how we learn that we are not cut off from God forever.

I also, like Kerry, get so touched at every season of Relative Race, and have wondered why that is, and I believe Kerry, you hit the nail on the head for me. I believe that I can still feel a longing for family that I'm not with here on earth, and probably most of all, my heavenly parents and elder brother Jesus Christ, and it makes me feel so much longing for the reunion I can only halfway imagine as I watch and envision each time I watch relative race! so thanks Kerry and Dan for this wonderful episode!!

Wonderful episode! Relative Race never fails to bring a tear to our eyes. It is our favorite show. Seeing Dan get choked up only adds to the spirit of what we’re feeling. We hope he’ll be around for a long time to come. My husband recently had someone reach out to him on Ancestry to see if he knew anyone in his family line who had given a child up for adoption. He didn’t, but we suggested that she contact Relative Race. Brother Muhlestein, thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. Because I have enjoyed learning from your podcasts our daughter took a religion class from you and said you were a great teacher. Thank you for all you do as a religion teacher and for putting these episodes out.

Im sure it on many other, but just submitted Dan's name to the Las Vegas Temple prayer roll. ❤❤wy wife and I watched RR all the time together before her passing in 21. Our favorite time together. ❤❤

As a former flight paramedic/Emergency Department RN I am always keenly aware of my parting words to loved ones. Most of my trauma patients didn’t plan on that day being their last. They left home with plans for the next day. We have no guarantees of tomorrow. Today is the day to reconcile. Sadly, my only sister is estranged (our parents are both deceased), and she refuses my overtures for reconciliation. 😔💔😔 Don’t be that way!!
