I just bought one, white sport coup and i love it so far! The insurance is cheap, gas mileage amazing, and you can put 250,000 miles on the engine. The economics on a small Coup like this is phenomenal. It's fun as heck!
I know it's not fast or anything, but if I got the coupe, I'd definitely get the spoiler as an option. Looks sick paired with that rear light set up. Love the color too.
I bought a Honda civic coupe 2017 ex-t 4 days ago. I traded in my 2009 Honda civic coupe and the 2017 is significantly faster. With the 1.5L turbocharged engine it does 0-60 in 6.6 to 6.9 seconds from what I've read and it feels correct from driving it. It can hit peak torque at 1700-2000 rpms -- you can feel the turbo lag and it jumps forward in the 2000-3000 rpm range (it's cool that you can put the turbo meter on the dash) . It definately doesnt lack in the speed department. I'm not sure why they didn't turbocharge the sport trim, doesnt make any sense
I have the CVT and i discovered that i like the variable automatic. You love it or you hate it. You must adjust to the CVT to understand it’s benefits. It learns your way of driving. I like the absence of the clutch pedal who takes always room away for extra comfort. Manual transmissions maybe better in a Type R, but can you imagine a Type R with a DCT? Hyundai i30N is available with an automatic gearbox, so far i know the NSX is available with a hypersport automatic transmission.

I drove one of the new civics when I had my 2106 accord sport serviced and battery replaced. it was a 4 door though but drove great and the sensing works really well. this color yellow makes me cringe. give me a black one anyday. doing good girl. I think your a great asset to herb chambers honda.

Same color as my 2016 Honda CBR 300R "Lemon Ice Yellow" I know for the car they changed the name to Tonic Yellow...Trust me it's the same paint color lol. And that chrome window trim looks stupid when everything else is yellow or black. IT SHOULD BE BLACK LIKE IT IS ON THE CIVIC HATCHBACK SPORT.
No rear crosstraffic alert, no blind spot monitor, no dynamic reverse lines hmm - The ONLY thing worth value of the honda sensing suite is forward collission detection, unfortunately it does not break compeltely for you so its mostly useless.
1. Why didnt you introduce the dog? 2. I think the center gauge cluster and infotainment are serious downgrades from Accord. The ones in Accord should be standard across all Honda products. 3. Sport, but it wasn’t manual. 🤔🤔
My only gripe with Honda is they include all the safety features on this trim level except blind spot detection. Also, Honda color choices are bland. This yellow is awful. But they are excellent autos.

I own a white one with the 6 speed manual transmission. Only 41,100 original miles. Love this car.
Just checked Hondas site and the 6 speed manual is available, you also save $800 over the CVT. Just thought I would put it out there.
The sport coupe with the 6 speed manual would have been my choice if it had a sunroof.

maybe because it has the bigger non turbo engine(will last longer) compared to the smaller 1.5 with the turbo
