    just now watched ur vedeo n it's very inspiring. bindugaru 2 to 3 years lo entha Wright thaggaro thelusukovacha.infact nenu ee March or April lo planning to get my knees operated.but doctor said Amma ,u first reduce weight atleast 10kgs.my son is Senior Director in GE Healthcare .He knows many top doctors in all the fields by virtue of his profession.But after watching ur vedeos ,Bindu garu i am slowly deciding.not to go for operation n decided by following good diet n doing exercises I can manage ane confidence vasthunnadi.As u expressed ur feelings ,that there is no guarantee n we have to live with foreign body in our body n with so many restrictions thst we cannot sit on the floor
    I fell down in 2016 n had meniscus yeat in my right leg n I suffered with covid in 2021.due to usage of steroids I had unbearable pain in both the legs I mean knees.now I am on my weight loss journey n reduced 4.4 kgs in a period of 3months n gaining confidence by watching ur vedeos Bindu garu .thank u very much for enlightening us

    I also ( 10 years back) facing this problem.
    But I did knee exercises & yoga.
    After 8 months practice of yoga & knee exercise.. since 9 years Iam fine.
    I can sit vajrasana & padmasana also.

    Yes mam u r inspiring I saw you from cult bike review.you are aspiring iam 34 I am also having knee problem i got reduced to my idle weight but due to over stress during intense yoga sessions i observed knee pain and stopped doing yoga as a result I gained weight and some more side effects.A perfect point video to me right now.i admire how this 50 year young lady look like athelete and be that much fit.iam astonished by the pain you had in the past .iam baby steps towards healthier lifestyle are going to began with this

      Thanks for your valuable comment andi. Keep few words in mind andi. Stop maida products, all sugars, artificial oils(packaging oils) packaging milk. 80 percent of health comes back. Drink fresh milk, use cold pressed oils, raw rice or millets. Eat more greens. 100 percent health will be your own.

D3, calcium, glucosamine must gaa teesukondi. Eat good greens vegetables. Reduce rice. No tiffins. Sugar or seeets vaddu. Ivanni meeku kaslu noppi taggistai.
