What a glorious sight, fastest I ever got to was 22m/s sledges with haste item before the chaos patch.
I just played a game like this yesterday with 35ish m/s crawlers, I was speed spec and picked up 2 more speed cards with mech rage crawlers and tower speed. Speed had become my favorite meme lately lol

Same, idk what the devs are smoking with their "we don't want a second mode because that would split the playerbase" but are 100% fine with losing half of it because of doubling down on their own plan while ignoring half the playerbase's feedback completely, just insane. Wish the best of luck to the people who do enjoy it, but it's sadly not for me.
