    I love the piano breakdowns between each important sentence. "Starch is made of many glucose molecules put together. (jams)"
    I found this video while searching for the chemical process that occurs in bananas as they ripen, converting starch to sugar. Didn't realize starch was just polymer chains of sugars. Fun stuff.

    I really liked this video. I think the pacing and visuals went well together. It helped me get a better grasp on what actually happens during photosynthesis and cellular respiration at the molecular level. Thank you!

    starch from glucose unit connect by alpha 1-4 glycosidic bond .In vedio show 1-3 glycosidic bond.
