Great finds, young man! The spill was beyond awesome! I'm betting Emma would love to hit that spot with you...soon! We definitely need to see her out with you again...your excitement really jumps when she's with you. She would really have busted you over the giant ring!! As always, thanks so much for sharing your hunts... really appreciate it! Take care, be safe and God bless!
That is some good finds .. Got to like the silvers.. Today I dug my first Seated Liberty Quarter. You were right Friend it will come this yr.. Happy Hunting.. Peace
Cool finds, Mike! I wished you could get your good luck charm to come out with you, Emma seems to bring better luck when she's around! Those coppers were a big score, especially the KG1. The silvers were later in yrs, but still silver! Really, some good finds! Keep on digging, and I'll catch you on the next. ✌️ 😊
Hey Love all your finds. Nice Wedding Ring. 🤣 Congrats on your first Copper Spill. Awesome find there. Love the contact with the writing on it. Congrats on the 1938 Dog Tag, Ring, and Lock. Thise aware my favorite. Congrats on all you Coppers IHP and Silver Coins. Take Care Duo Family. Crazie Digging
Congrats Mike on your Copper spill ❤ My only colonial spill was a KG2 and a Fugio. Unfortunately my digging partner found the Fugio on a different hunt. 😕 So it would have been my first colonial spill if I hadn't missed the second coin. 😅 Ugh!!! HH and take care.
@DigginDuo The worst part is that the coin came out of the ground with no corrosion on it. Absolutely beautiful coin! If I did manage to find one, the chances of being as nice is not likely ☹️ Atleast I got to see one come out of the ground 😄
I have no idea about today but in the early to mid 70's I went to a few county seats they would produce show you county records land records still in the books showing old properties . Those were before computer days, they pulled out old books original paper but it's amazing how any individual at a county office they have access to loads of old land records still, very possible
Hey Mike! Nice finds!! 300 year old coins...WOW! I think your chisel looking thing is a leather burnishing tool, mainly used by shoe makers. Dirt fishin at it's finest. 🐟
After US started minting coins cents in 1793 by a certain date any person the old Colonial coppers would be null and void they had to toss them sail them away to the sky ?
Just not very often you see a colonial spill, Gotta Love It!
Just blows my mind wondering who was sitting there 300 years ago
Nice hunt Mike. Loved seeing the colonial spill. Not something that happens everyday. Congrats on a great job. Thanks for taking us along.
Thanks Keith. Appreciate that

Thanks Roy, glad you enjoyed it
You have too much fun out on your own. Some nice finds though. Those GRII coins looked good for their age That one piece is the top off a broken key.
That’s what I thought about the key. I am learning to have fun without her. I think she’ll be back out soon though. Thanks again my friend

Wow, that’s nuts! Maybe there’s another coming up soon. Thanks again my friend

Research wasn’t easy in those days. Mostly dig 1st , find out later I guess

Sounds right my friend. Thanks for the feedback and for coming along again
Congratulations on the 3 Copper day and the V nickel, silvers, and Indian.
Thanks friend
Any copper found that old showing any detail to id is real good
Always amazes me
Just got 3 wheats today fun
There you go! Good luck out there
Believe the "rivet " is part of a handsaw ....I can't think of what they are actually called either
I have heard about that on other channels. Thanks friend
I had a KG spill once I pulled out 5 😁
Wow!! 5!! That’s nuts. Congrats
Yeah the oldest one that I can see a date is 1724. They all must have fallen out of the pocket or something lol
After US started minting coins cents in 1793 by a certain date any person the old Colonial coppers would be null and void they had to toss them sail them away to the sky ?
They were still used in some places. Copper was copper
Ok not knowing good to know of course called a cent and all that matters it could still be used for spending
Reins guide.
I thought so too. Just seemed differently made
Ive got 2 like that. They have a round piece hanging in the middle
