Just made these tonight following your video. They were FANTASTIC!! I made these for a dinner party and holy smokes, everyone was going crazy over them!!
You need to drain the water out by placing the stir fried fillings in the strainer or gently squeeze the excess water out. Spring rolls will blast if the fillings are watery.
Even tho the mushroom taste was strong for me, maybe cause the smell bothered me during the preparation, but my guest were delighted and really liked them.
It's the filling. The spring roll burst if there is much water content inside so the filling should be cooked thoroughly. When you roll the springroll, the filling should not have much water content. Hope it helps.
