It's difficult to express just how loud these guys are in person. I saw them while standing right next to the Marshalls at a festival show in 1993. No one else has yet even come close. And J turns that guitar into a flamethrower.
Holy fuck do I loveeeeee this song. Pretty sure I’m gonna get those lyrics tattooed on my arm. “Pretty good not doing that fine getting up most every day”
Wonderful post and after 30 years and so many shows I've been to I think this is the first I've seen him play a fender Jaguar instead of a Jazzmaster! Thanks again.🛸
@@johnpickk7526 never knew that the Jazzmaster had the upper selector switches but only the Jaguar. I've seen this band at least 15 times or more and I have never seen J play a Jaguar but hey if it's a Jazzmaster as always so be it.😊
@@hinder57 the best way to tell is that the jaguars have the chrome plates on all the control knobs and switches, and the single coil pickups compared to the big jazzmaster pickups
@@johnpickk7526 I'm a guitarist but never paid too much attention especially on those guitars I did own a Duo Sonic back in the 90s before they went outrageous but for the most part I'm a drummer and it's a good call on your part! I've been a Dyno fan since about 1988 around "bug"... Many Adventures with this guy and many shows and memories and I hope for many more to come! Peace!!

God i love the part where the guitar sounds out of tune after the first solo
This was right after eye surgery. Joseph was not on his A game.
Joseph Donald Mascis, Jr., on his worst day is still better than anyone else on their best day with his improv skills.
What kind of surgery?
