Looking into getting that Axis Aviation headset you reviewed as I start flight school soon. How is it holding up after 8 months since you reviewed it? :)
Sir, Is there any minimum mark criteria when we looking for a flying school or maybe the flying putting any kind of minimum marks criteria about our physics and mathematics??
hello Pedro, great learning video about PPL and CPL, I am 44yr old who has interest in obtaining a CPL, do you think at this age, and the market that we see now, that I can do that, and how long it will take me to obtain this licence. Thanks
Hi Pedro..nice informative video...can u please tell that is it possible to get the CPL including night rating, instrument rating and multi engine rating hours in those 200 hrs so that I can get my CPL including all ratings together??
Pedro - I am a licenced PPL pilot with 300+ hours on mulitple single engine AC (Cessna 150-2, 172, 180 on floats & 182 and PA 28) who hasn't flown in 20 years and wanted to get back in the air. I live in Squamish and a member of the Squamish Flying Club. According to one instructor, I will need 10 to 20 hours of flight time and write the proficiency test. Any suggestions on where I can get some sim time and the most cost effective way to get dual hours? Muchas gracias!
Hey!! We have at sim at the school im with You can definitely get some hours to practice procedures not waste time on the plane Text me on Instagram @flywithpedro
How long did it take you to finish your ppl and cpl training altogether? And did you first get your ppl then start your cpl training or did you do them simultaneously? Thanks.
My training was stopped by the pandemic a few times, so it took longer than normal My friend just got his ppl and cpl done in 14 months at the same school
Hey man, I just wanna ask if there is any prerequisites I need to take to get started. Besides getting Category 1 or 3 medical exam. I am a permanent resident and I don't know if I need to take IELTS or not. I did English 12 here but my grade is not good. Do I need to take math class? I finished my Grade 12 back in my country, I don't know if it is accredited. Thanks for your time.
Hey man, If you're a PR you don't need English test since you don't need a visa, you're gonna need a ICAO English examination (very simple) that's for everyone, just to make sure you're safe when flying as for grade 12, from your country it should be good! text me on instagram @flywithpedro
Hi bro...im planning to do cpl in canada as an international student. Which ratings u think would suit me better to land a job if im willing to move north to build hours as a pilot after cpl? Instructing doesnt intrigue me as much.
I am in the same boat right now, I currently hold a PPL and im working towards my CPL Multi and IFR. Going to go for my float rating in may and than apply for charter jobs up north after I finish.
Where is your airport / school located? City or town, airport, name of school and contact details (telno, e-mail address, & web site). Thank you for your assistance...
Thank you for breaking it down in such an understandable manner! I'm Canadian & I've always been curious about venturing into aviation.
You’re very welcome! I’m glad it was helpful
Other things to watch out for, make sure you build/bank enough "PIC-cross country" time during your ppl/cpl, as you'll need it for your IFR(50h pic)
Yeah! I got a lot of pic crops country during my training! it's the fun part of it
Good luck on the license, its been great to watch your progress!
Thank you!!

I’m loving it
I still wear it in every flight
Thank you for breaking it down! Amazing video, keep up the good work!
Glad you liked it!
1:03 but if i am correct, we cannot include the ppl dual hrs after the minimum requirement ones in our cpl hrs
Whatever is “after ppl requirements” should be done already with the ppl in hands…
Excited to meet you soon :)
See you soon!
Text me on Instagram before you get here
@@FlyWithPedro yah definitely
Hey.. I am going to buy an iPad this week...what would be a better option..cellular or wifi only..?
It gotta be cellular for the GPS function
Wi-Fi only won’t work unless you use a gps signal from another device

Not that I know of, at least they didn't have any comments when I sent them my school documents

Should I request them to make such a training schedule for me? Will they permit?
