We were about to rent a condo near Eaton Centre a few months back, would have been great to be near downtown action but quite far from school. Great videos as always. Been watching your channel when we were in Singapore and now were here in Toronto.

Glad I live in Texas.. $1500/month MORTGAGE for a decent 3 bed 2 bath home with a nice backyard. I don’t have to deal with the snow either. You decorated your condo very well. And nice condo tour by the way 👍

Hi Pooja, the audio when you were outside etc talking is extremely low... but when you did your voice over, it was pretty clear.
Hope you could adjust those settings or maybe even put some captions during the inaudible times.

what is the difference between a condo and an apartment
Condos are high end with lots of facilities in the condo and apertments are opposite. Rent wise Condos are more expensive.

@@AttyDG no she’s not. I literally work in the industry. Apartments are condos. Condos are apartments. You can buy and rent both. Just like many condos DONT have laundry and many apartments DO have laundry in unit.

How much is the rent for 2 bedroom condo in your apartment 🤔?
You can look this up... She tells us that she was residing at 115 Blue Jays Way (King and Spadina). So you can look at the listings. The one catch is that the Condo's in that building seem to vary a lot. So none of the 2 Bedrooms where less then $3000 but all of them had a bit of a luxury feel to them. Think Master Bedroom and normal bedroom with two bathrooms in the Condo, that sort of thing.
