I add 2 teaspoons of turmeric, 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 0.5 teaspoon of salt to 1 liter of water. I boil the eggs for 15 minutes from the moment of boiling. After 10 minutes, I add quail eggs and cook for another 5 minutes. I turn off the fire and let it stand for another 15-20 minutes, or until it is completely cooled.
I use red, yellow and gold mother-of-pearl.
