I was tested positive for Covid-19 about 2 months ago. It was tough as all of the family members also got infected. As I lied my body on bed unable to do anything, I spent a lot of time watching movies and youtube on my ipad. I came across your videos by accident. You inspired to be more open to experience and contributed to my willingness to get out of the shell I have built around myself throughout the years.
The fact that we're completely from different places and backgrounds, but still I am able to feel and experience the words you say, it makes me feel calm and appreciated in this life.
You have done something good just by being aware of yourself compassionately. I truly wish you nothing but health and joy.
