    My only concern is that sometimes those buggers can be very stubborn and not back down easily, especially 'familiar' thoughts. Or maybe countering them with 'It's just a thought' is exactly what's needed 😊

    Hi Bradley love your videos😊 I have a question, I saw a video that encourages people to produce not consume(ex.Scrolling on tiktoks, instagrams) it really had an impact on me at the same time I got very anxious and felt like I need to do something and I feel like I’m a lazy person .. what should I do?

      It’s just the mind trying to get you to identify with the thoughts. Yes, it’s normal just keep on not entertaining them and they will subside.

    My fears have been huge lately.
    I can't look at myself because I lied to someone important to me, saying that my life is like this good, I have a job( But I don't have it ) (I don't physically have it yet), I fell into the fanaticism of manifesting, pretending that I have it physically, which led to the lie. I hid it for two years. I feel very bad. I feel bad, I'm afraid that this person will react badly, and I didn't want to interfere and hurt her. She is one of the most important people to me. I feel like I have to tell her this, can I assume that she will understand me in this situation, that I did it out of my own stupidity?😭 I feel like shit😭
