This video is very helpful.🙏 My fears have been huge lately. I can't look at myself because I lied to someone important to me, saying that my life is like this good, I have a job( But I don't have it ) (I don't physically have it yet), I fell into the fanaticism of manifesting, pretending that I have it physically, which led to the lie. I hid it for two years. I feel very bad. I feel bad, I'm afraid that this person will react badly, and I didn't want to interfere and hurt her. She is one of the most important people to me. I feel like I have to tell her this, can I assume that she will understand me in this situation, that I did it out of my own stupidity?😭 I feel like shit😭

It’s just the mind trying to get you to identify with the thoughts. Yes, it’s normal just keep on not entertaining them and they will subside.
