I remember waking up one morning and twisting my neck. I pulled my neck so badly, I could barely move. Knowing I had to get up properly in around 30 minutes to get my kids ready for school, myself ready for work, my first thought was......shit! Then, I remembered. This is nothing. I closed my eyes and went within, and through the eyes of my inner man, was dancing and moving my neck from side to side, I was just there pain free, neck ache free, neck stiff free for about 15 minutes in my inner world. I drifted off back to sleep, not for long, maybe 10-15 minutes. When I woke again, my neck was completely fine. I agree brother, thanks for sharing, used to do the same - looking for happiness in the next thing, then being let down, then looking for the next thing, but truly maybe is all part of the process, if we hadn't done these things we might not truly know they wouldn't bring happiness. I agree it comes from within, great messages - you are helping us continue to deprogram the old ways that don't work.

Ive always wanted to be a musician a anonymous one, currently manifesting bandmembers, really having faith ill find them this month. Fame has never been the reason whyppl make music anyway its overated. Dont give up making music we'd love to hear it.😊 Also to manifest my bandmates my homework would be to visualize meeting them and feel the emotions then remain true to my vision. They automatically come to me. Time is a illusion so they should appear soon in the month.😅❤ wish me luck guys.

I was really into outside validation. That’s all I meant. There is nothing wrong with making music for the love or even for the fame lol but I just know for me it wasn’t the best reason.
