I have 2 tablets of this model and 2 lcds and the touch is not working after repair on both. Any idea what it could be?

you tried force restarting them ? it can be the digitizer is defective

Is the digitizer fused with the LCD not like the other Tab A models? I have not seen yet a video tutorial changing only the digitizer of the T295? I need to change mine, but only the damaged digitizer ( the LCD is still ok).
